Myself, a bridesmaid, another bridesmaid, and the mother of the bride all ordered our dresses from the Bridal Corner in December. They originally told us our dresses would be ready in 12 weeks so we called in March to find out if our dresses were ready and we were told they didnt order them until the end of January so our dresses wouldnt be ready until May. We continually told them our wedding date, July 17th, and it was as if they never wrote it down. We went to have our dresses fitted and they were rude and gave us a hard time about not making an appointment to try them on. This was on May 2nd, and they told us our dresses would be ready on the 17th. We asked them to clarify and they told us the dresses would be ready on July 17th and we could pick them up then! Isnt that why they asked us in the first place when the wedding was? So that they wouldnt do this?! We corrected them telling them that the wedding was on the 17th and that it was out of state. They were completely rude about this situation and demanded that we paid cash for the alterations, since now it wasnt going to be 6weeks from the time we tried them on. They scheduled our final fittings for 7/3 and 7/8. When we called to make appts to try them on, we were told they were going to be closed for the week and we were going to have to wait to pick up our dresses! We never would have known that they were closed if we didnt call. They were the ones who scheduled the appointments 2 mths ago. And who closes for a week during peak wedding season?! They have completely inconvienced us and we had to take additional days off from work to accomodate their mistake! They have been nothing but rude about the entire situation and havent offered to help out in any way. I will NEVER return the bridal corner...

EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT,EXCELLENT!!! I have dealt closely with the owner and one of the consultants at the Bridal Corner in Chicopee, MA. These women were completely professional, compassionate, and personable. Just my luck, I chose a wedding dress that one of my friends wore at her wedding a year prior and when I called to tell them about this, they went above and beyond to help me find another wedding dress. They could have told me "Too bad, you signed a contract!" but they didnt. They were so helpful!!! I chose to get my bridesmaids dresses there as well. My concern, in this economy, was clearly not spending alot on dresses. I explained my concerns with my bridesmaids shapes and sizes and they answered every question honestly with EXACT prices for alterations, dresses, and anything else that would be added. I am going back in a couple weeks to get the tuxes for the men. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY, recommend going to the Bridal Corner!! The reason people have had problems with them is probably because they didnt ask all the questions they needed answered or voiced their concerns they have had. The woman at the Bridal Corner have been open and honest time and time again. They have been readily available anytime we needed anything and have made my experience as a Bride to be wonderful! I have waited for this moment all my life and, thanks to Bridal Corner, it has gone off without a hitch!!! Planning a wedding is hard and finding the right Wedding dress and Bridesmaids dresses can be overwhelming. These women put all those fears at ease everytime I walk in the door!! Make this place a stop on your list of shops to visit when you look for your wedding dress for your big day!!!

I was one of 7 bridesmaids in two weddings apprx 8mo apart. Both experiences at Bridal Corner were terrible. 10/09 wedding- the bride was charged $400 in advance for alterations which were never needed. Bridal Corner refused to refund any of her money stating that the seamstress needed to be present during the fittings and the $400 was used to pay her fees. My dress was altered; however, still did not fit properly.To make matters worse, the closure broke and I spent the night pulling up my top. 5/10 wedding- This experience was far worse than the first. 4 out of the 7 bridesmaids dresses required alterations.Each person was quoted and charged a different fee for the alterations. All 4 girls needed to have the dresses redone as the alterations were far off. Two other bridesmaids had their dresses ordered in the complete wrong size. The bride who paid $200 in alteration fees picked up her dress the day prior to the wedding only to find pins still in the dress and the bustle incomplete. After our experiences, neither myself nor my 6 single friends will be taking our business to Bridal Corner when the wedding bells ring!! Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere!!

The ladies at this shop are fantastic! The service here was amazing - the women were so polite and quick to help and make suggestions. We were looking for bridesmaid dresses and the selection of dresses were beautiful. We must have pulled close to 50 dresses for my bridal party to try on. We had gone to Davids Bridal earlier that morning, and I have to say, the selection of dresses and the quality of dresses at Davids did not even compare to the dresses available at Bridal Corner. I have even called several times since our visit to ask a few questions about the dresses we ordered, and the women have been so helpful. I even asked if they could order a swatch two weeks after we ordered the dresses, and they were able to accommodate. One last thing I want to add, is the thoroughness of the size measuring they did on my bridesmaids. My girls are very small, and they wanted to make doubly sure that the sizes were correct. We were so impressed with their services- thank you Bridal Corner. And please support this local business!!

This is the absolute worst place to go to! They actually ordered the wrong bridesmaid dress for me! After I told them that this was not the dress that I ordered (I didnt even try that dress on), they did nothing but denied it! In fact, they wouldnt even listen to what I had to say, they just talk right over you. The staff couldnt care less about their customers! I cant believe how rude and disrespectful they are. As soon as we walked into our appointment, they didnt even greet us. I think they were double booked with another appointment. They didnt help any of us (5 bridesmaids) with our dresses. We all decided on a designer and the staff wouldnt help us find that designers dresses, they told us we had to find them ourselves! Not to mention, they were quick to demand their down payment. Then they dont accept credit or debit cards... anything to make it inconvenient! Now Im in a wedding with an ugly, unflattering dress that I had to buy. I wouldnt touch this store with a 10 foot pole!

Awful place to shop for a dress of any kind. I bought my bridesmaids dress months in advanced. I never got a phone call that it was ready for pick up. When I went to pick it up they were not going to have me try it on to see if I needed any alterations. The dress looks like its is falling apart and extremely wrinkled. I asked them if they were going to press the dress before giving it to me she said oh no we dont do that but if you want it its going to be 5 dollars extra. Ive never been more disappointed on a bridal store there customer service is very poor and they did not provide a service. they just took my money and threw me an dress that looks like its falling apart and it was in a ball thrown on the floor and just picked up and put on a hanger and given to me. I will never do business with them again and will make sure to let everyone how awful this place is!
