I would give them no stars if I could!! This place does not care about their customers being happy at all!! DO NOT SHOP HERE! I picked out an engagement setting and diamond back in August 2016 in which we thought the diamond may be too big for but they said dont worry if you dont like it just bring it back! I received it from my fiance in September and had it for a few weeks hoping itd grow on me but the diamond was just too big for the setting and looked silly so I wanted to exchange it. They gave me a hard time saying it was past 30 days. However, by the time my fiance had given me the ring it was already past 30 days! I left the the store very frustrated and called customer care. They agreed to let me exchange it. However, they didnt have anything there I liked so they said lets make a custom ring. The setting he originally bought was $1300 and they claimed to be doing an exchange for me but they were really doing a trad-in where you have to spend double. So they charged me $2,700 for this new ring. They came up with 2 designs that were quite hideous and bulky because they were not understanding what I wanted. So for the final design they had me go to the store AGAIN that is an hour away to meet with the designer. I even drew pictures with specific measurements for widths as I wanted this ring to be smaller and narrower than the original. Plus i thought the pictures might make things super clear. So I got my ring finally on February 10th 2017 (4 months later) and it is almost double in thickness and bigger in width(the complete opposite od what we were trying to do)!! Its also a size 7 and it was supposed to be a 7.75 so it barely fit my finger! Not to mention the last design they did took 4 weeks to come up (should only take 1-2)with because it was around Christmas and they were busy (aka they already had my money and put me last to work on new customers). I went up there on Feb 12th after calling them to tell them the size was wrong and the dimensions were wrong. They offered to re-size it and shave down the ring from the inside that would ruin the scroll work and beading! They admitted the dimensions are wrong and said they cannot do the design in the dimensions I want. They should have said that from day 1 and wouldnt have gone through all of this waiting and back and forth for months. I am not that fussy as I have found a few settings at my local Hannoush jeweler in Dartmouth (highly recommend btw). The manager, Wayne was rude to my mother and I. The salespeople there took days to get back to me when I would call to check on the status of things. So after all said and done between my fiance and myself(I paid the difference for the custom) we have spent $11,000 (diamond was $8,500) and we are not happy. I also have not received 1 apology for their mistakes or the inconveniences they have caused me. I have been engaged for 5 months and only had my ring for a few weeks. I was also hoping to have my marriage ceremony on Valentines Day but now I still do not have a ring so I had to move that date out!! Being engaged is supposed to be a happy time of your life and it has been nothing but frustration for me because of Jared. I will never spend another penny at this place. You have been warned. Avoid at all costs! They just want your money and customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their list!
