My fiance and I went in person to order our rings 6 weeks ago. Mine they said would be no problem, they would take the actual ring i picked out, and could size it down right there, and his would take 4-6 weeks because of the special detailing. So no special ordering was involved with mine and my ring went into a bag as did my fiances. Done we ordered and enrolled in the in-house credit option to pay our rings off interest free for 12 months. Well 6 weeks passed, and i called to check the stauts. His ring was there, but they had made a note on the papers not to call me. (Mistake 1). The man on the phone said it had just been sitting there. I asked about mine, being the BRIDE. They had to record of it, no record of the size i needed which was noted when we went, or the ring style, and the actuall ring that was placed in a bag next to my fiances bag was no where to be found. No one ever sized it. And apprently everything that the salesperson had written down about me and my ring and our wedding in his notebook disappeared because he had no recolection of my ring. They had no idea what I was talking about. They promised they would call me in a half hour, and they never called. I had to take a half day off from work and drive down in person to figure this out, and when i got there they blamed it on my not putting a downpayment down when we first visited. They even had the nerve to ask if I had only ordered a ring for the groom! After spending 2 hours in the store on our first visit, where we both agonized over which rings to buy. Well we DID, but the charged me for his ring instead of mine. The salesperson, looked me in the eye and said "ok here is your balance for YOUR ring" and I paid. Did they apologize or even acknowledge their mistake or the fact i had to make two personal visits, or the fact they never called. NO. Did they offer anything to rectify the situation, NO. NOT EVEN A COMPLIMENTRY RING CLEANING FOR MY ENGAGEMENT RING!!! Did they thank me for still ordering with them after all this, NO. I am worried now, because they didnt even re-check my finger size this time around, and who knows what I am goign to be getting when i pick these up. Furious beyond words, I would not go here ever again, were it not for the fact that the "deal" we signed up for, for a warranty means i need to go in twice a year. What a nightmare. I have a serious case of buyers remorse. I will be filing with the BBB, i wish i had read the comment by Kristyn before ordering!!!

very bad customer service, rude sales people.. First off, when my fiance bought my engagement ring he paid with a personal check. The woman (who barley spoke English) gave him a phone number and said “If you’re paying by check you need to call and have this check verified”. Working in a bank myself, I know that this is NOT my fiance’s (the customer)’s job, but rather HER job. Luckily another sales woman corrected her and they called to verify. 6 Months after getting my ring, I took it in for an inspection which was covered by my warrantee. I walk in, with a friend… the sales woman asks what she can do for me, I explain... She responds with attitude “Well, do you have your paperwork…… or receipt?” I say “No, my fiance bought it, so I don’t have the receipt. He bought it here… last time I came in they just looked up the information”. So she rolls her eyes saying “Yeah… I guess I could do that” (as if it’s so much effort). She finds it and prints the receipt for me… showing the details of how much the ring cost… she says she’s giving it to me for next time and I say “No thank you, I really don’t want it, I don’t want to know how much he spent”. She gives it to me anyways. The repair woman was very polite… as the sales woman brings me and the ring to the repair area, she’s explaining to the repair woman, that one of the side diamonds is loose. She pauses, so I say to the repair woman “Yeah, I’ve just noticed it’s a little wiggly”. The saleswoman looks at me and says “Um… Can I finish..? I need to explain it to her”. I almost took my ring and left. 3 days later when I came to pick up my ring, I asked to speak to the manager to complain… the manager was pretty snobby and did not seem to care that I was upset. I even said (and meant) “We will not be coming back for our wedding bands… we’ll be going to a different jeweler.” She couldn’t have cared less.

STAY AWAY! My husband and I went into this store to have the center diamond on my engagement ring updated. It is a unique ring we bought 2 years ago in Brazil, which is where my husband is from. The sales person, Nada, took our ring and examined it with all their tools in front of us and then said she had to take it to the back to get it cleaned so they could assess the value of our center diamond. Before she left, she made some rude comment like "you know you only lose value when you trade in your diamond". I should have walked out the door right then, because why would I want to do business with someone I feel is going to shortchange me?? Anyway, it gets worse... She came back 10 minutes later looking all over the floor. She said to us "I have your ring, right??" We were like ummm yeahh?? are you kidding me??? She says "its yellow gold, right?" It was white gold. She LOST MY ENGAGEMENT RING and didnt even remember what it looked like! She then proceeded to help every other customer that walked in the door, while our ring was completely lost. After 20 minutes of looking she finally alerted the other sales persons that she had lost our ring. After looking for about 30 minutes, they wanted to give up looking and call loss prevention, but we refused to leave the store until they found our ring. Two hours later, the manager again sat us down to tell us that our ring was probably lost and she called loss prevention and they would take care of it. They just wanted to get rid of us they didnt care that they lost my engagement ring! We refused again to leave the store until they found our ring. Fifteen minutes later the sales person found our ring IN THE TRASH barrel. God forbid we left they probably would have just stopped looking all together! Never ever ever go to this store!! I would give this store zero stars but thats not possible so I have to give it one.

VERY MANIPULATE SALESPEOPLE. My girlfriend and I went there for me to try on engagement rings and my gf ultimately got my engagement ring there. We dealt with Maria and she was a wonderful "salesperson". Everything was great and I thought that we had found the best jewelry store! Well she pressured my fiancé into opening an account to pay for the ring, which she did. She saw that my fiancé didnt have much experience with purchasing jewelery and she took full advantage. She told my fiancé that it was necessary for me to get my engagement ring appraised once I got it. So I made an appointment for the appraisal and went there. Everything was fine until the appraisal was finished. The woman, who had zero personality by the way, told me that I had to go to the counter to be checked out. I had no idea it was going to cost me anything so I wa surprised. I figured it would be $50 at the most. It cost me $94.99!!! Again, the or ice was NEVER ONCE mentioned to my fiancé or myself until after the appraisal was done. They trapped us. I would have never booked it had I known it was going to be that much money. My fiancé was so embarrassed that I had to pay for the appraisal of my own engagement ring. She called to speak to a manager and guess what, they were nowhere to be found! All the girl on the phone said was "Sorry that youre upset", in a very nonchalant manner. My fiancé then calls the customer service line and waited for 15 minutes and hung up. All that being said, my ring is almost paid off and my fiancé will be closing her account there. We will be getting our wedding bands elsewhere.
