2 months ago, my fiance custom ordered an engagement ring band at this store. It was supposed to arrive within 3 weeks, so he expected to have it before we left for our beach trip, where he wanted to propose. He bought a temporary band just in case it didnt come in time, and it didnt. He spent the next 4 weeks after we returned trying to find out where the band is. One person would tell him it was sent, and other would say it wasnt sent yet. Eventually he got to talk to one of the owners, who told him the order wasnt even placed because one of their employees (who had since been fired) wasnt putting their orders into the system. She said there are 50 orders that were not placed including ours. She promised us that the band would be made and sent last Friday. Well on Friday, she said its not ready, it will be sent Monday. My fiance called twice for tracking information today, and of course the owner wasnt available and no one seemed to have that information. It would be emailed to us, they said. But of course no email was ever sent. It has been 2 months now. Weve been engaged for a month and I still dont have the band my fiance bought for me. He drove 10 hours (one way) to NH to buy the band and diamond at one of their sales. Its likely well have to drive there again to get his money back and go to reputable jeweler to buy a different band. If you are looking for a nice engagement, then I recommend NEVER ordering anything from this store.

I have now purchased two watches from Barmakian in Nashua, and while the experiences have all been positive from a sales perspective, Ive had bad luck with both my watches. The first, a TAG Heuer Calibre 6 started losing nearly five minutes a day after only a few months of ownership. When I took the watch to get serviced under warranty, I purchased an Ebel Discovery 1911 Automatic Chronometer. Today, as I was trying to time something (which, I admit, I do rarely), i noticed that the top dial which indicates minutes no longer functions. So, while it is likely purely coincidence, I cant say Im thrilled that a second watch that they recommended me and sold me has stopped working. Not sure I will try for a third! Heres an update: My ebel came back from service last week and I was happy to have it. Alas, on a flight from Boston to Dubai, I noticed that the screws on the face of the watch (that hold the top crystal on) were coming loose and that three of the screws were simply missing. I called Barmakian again -- and left a message for Pat - who handles watches. I received a prompt call back (weve played phone tag) and am now pleased with a customer service experience that has done as much as possible to help a bad situation. I cant say amazing things about ebel, but can say much improved things about Barmakian. Thank you Pat.

I am sending this review as a compliment to Mr. Nicholas Douris. My fiance and I were shopping for wedding bands at the Nashua-based store on Sunday. We were referred to Barmakian by our wedding photographer, who himself purcahsed bands from your store just a few weeks ago. As our wedding is being held in Windhelm, NH, we stopped by to review your selection and found it to be very impressive. More importantly, we were met by Nicholas, who invested a significant amount of time with us. He took his time and showed us multiple bands, and also gave us professional advice on the look and style of the band when set against my engagement ring. For the first time in our jewelry search, we felt that someone was taking an active and personal interest in us. Being a business owner myself, I appreciate the importance of quality service and aattention to detail. Nicholas delivered on both, and even stayed more than an hour past closing on a Sunday, to make certain that both my fiance and I were completely satisfied with our final decision. The result? We placed a deposit on two exquisite wedding bands and couldnt be happier.

My fiance came in your Nashua store in September to get me an engagement ring. Our 4 year anniversary was on the 28th and I was having surgery a week before. His plan was to propose on the 28th but that would not have been fun seeing I would be in recovery. He went to your store on the 15th, picked out the ring and picked it up on the 16th. Sascha was more than intentive with him. He helped my fiance (Brian) pick out the perfect setting and diamond! My fiance explained that I am not a flashy girl and I am not materialistic. I have very tiny fingers and he helped him with the perfect ring! He explained all the characteristics of the diamond and my fiance did not in any way feel pressured. I had to bring my ring back to get sized and your customer service was great! I even got my ring back sooner than the date expected. While picking up my ring I was able to meet Sascha and thank him for everything. He was very familiar with me (not even meeting me), my ring and my fiance. My first experience here despite having lived in the area my whole life and I must say I regret not having shopped here sooner. The staff showed me around for what I was looking for and actually listened to what I said and then (heres the most important part) left me to browse until I had further questions. Most other jewelry stores hound you from the second you walk in and it was a wonderful breath of fresh air to be left to think and browse until I got an idea of what I wanted. The very friendly associate then returned to get out of the case the item I wanted to buy. I will be returning here for future jewelry and watch purchases.

My husband and I both couldnt say more wonderful things about Barmakian Jeweler in Nashua. What a beautiful experience he and I had choosing our engagement and wedding bands. And the best part of it was how warm and "gay friendly" they were with us. They treated us like they would anyone else. There was no pressure selling, "stuffiness", or poor treatment. We felt like kings, and left with our dream rings! Highly recommend Tacori! So worth it, and we are always getting compliments and people are aware of its reputation on quality! If I could give them no stars i would! My fiance and I went in to look at wedding bands and we were treated like trash. Oh wait we have tattoos that makes us bad people I forgot. I figured maybe they were having a "bad day" and went back for another try. AGAIN (and i stress this) the sales people were all gathered in a cluster at the back of the store all starring at us. Another couple came up to look as well and they all jumped all over them. My guess is because we dont look like we have money they could careless about us.

Things were good for the few minutes I was able to get helped from Lee to show me 4 settings. I explained I was asked for 3 months to come in and choose what I like. I found 1 more ring I wanted see but he had already gone somewhere else. I walked around the rings for a half hour and noone else would even acknowledge me to see if I needed anything. A guy came up to look at rings and a lady immediately approached him without him having to wait. Maybe things would have been better if I had my boyfriend come in with me?
