I moved out of Marlboro 28 years ago but still come back to Joy-Den for all of my jewelry repairs/needs. The staff is great; they are knowledgeable, highly skilled and "fun"! The service is impeccable. Honest, and fairly priced, I have never once been dissatisfied. This attention to detail and customer service is what keeps me traveling back to them. The "for purchase merchandise" spans a wide variety of items and styles and is not only beautiful, it is unique. There is truly something for every taste at Joy-Den.

I went by today to have my watch cleaned and the battery replaced with the full expectation of dropping it off and having to come back to pick it up. Instead, she was able to replace the battery and clean up the watch band in 10 minutes while I waited. Then she only wanted to charge me $10 for the service! I gave her $20 and insisted that she keep the rest because $10 was much to cheap for such great service. Very friendly staff and I would recommend them to everyone!

The diamond on my engagement ring was loose and Ive been deliberating about where to get it fixed since it is an heirloom ring passed down through my husbands family for several generations. Having read the great reviews online I stopped in to see if they could fix it. Not only could they fix it but they fixed it right then and there on the spot in front of me.
