Manager Mike Garth was Extreamly rude towards me and my company when we went shopping there not long back. We have a co worker who has challenges and Mike thought it was appropriate to start taking a video of our co worker having issues with his motor functions. When me and my manager saw him and confronted him he tried to lie say he wasnt but when we reported him to his manager he confesses he was recording in case theres was an incident. We said there was no need for that a s the security cameras on the store are there for that reason. Mike and his manage refused to show us the video or show it would be deleted meaning now he can post it to facebook and get laughs at some ones expense. Very unprofessional and we deserve a formal apology from the store owners and Mike Grath.

This is the best grocery store on the Cape. Its about forty miles from my house, but the low prices and superior customer service - especially when compared to Stop & Shop and Albertsons high prices, piss-poor customer service, filthy stores and sky high prices make it well woth the trip. There are also a lot of sood items; not even specialty items, most of them, that I just cant get on the Cape. No need to travel here just for produce and basic goods, thats not where the real deals are. Frozen foods make it home ok in an insulated bag. We make a point to shop at night and its very pleasant and not insanely busy, as it is during other times of day, and we always get a meal at the deli.

Generally this store location does a very good job with cleanliness, shelf-stocking, and quality of merchandise. Prices continue to be good, especially on store brands. However, where personnel quality started very strong when the store opened, it has since started to slip. Staff use to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, outgoingly helpful and a pleaure to be around and work with. With the exception of the deli crew (I cant speak about the other departments) where theyre nearly always on their A-game, the drop-off is particularly noticeable on busy days when its a huge challenge, but also matters and shows the most.

My husband loves this place cause he i SC handicapped and has trouble walking and standing. He uses the ride on cart when shopping. The West Bridgewater store mgr. always had one ready for him when he reached the store entry and they always had a big smile and a friendly greeting. He really misses the employees there, and on occasion travels to W.B.to visit the staff, cashiers and mgrs.We recently moved out of town to the cape and he still goes to M.B. store but misses the warm greetings and the helpfulness. Robin Stone and Brian ( day mgr. hes left the store) were great.

Ive driven down from Harwich about every 3 or 4 weeks since they opened; and, I find the prices worth the 2 gallons of gas to go there. Im in my mid 70s and find the staff very helpful and courteous [if I ask where something is, they lead me to it!]. I find the quality of the products, especially meats, very good. Store is clean and always well stocked. All the checkouts are always manned and efficient [and friendly associates]. If I need a case of a sale item, someone hurries to get it. Glad theyre back! Cant wait to get my fig squares!

I go to get Arizona Blue Berry Tea, certain SF Jello and SF Hood Whip Cream. I travel almost 50miles to get these items and every time I come lately your out. I have been a store manager and when you have items getting low or items that seem to be popular like the TEA you order in bulk! Not this store they just ignore! My husband who works 1 mile away goes throughout the week and its the same old story " maybe the next shippment" I call that.... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Always jam packed busy. Prices have gone up a pretty decent amount in the last two years. The store manager Bob Cahey is a bit of a wimp, but still a smart guy. Strange people skills though. One woman in the kitchen with a red face that ALWAYS messed my order up one way or another when Id go for lunch without fail. Every time. If I went on a breakfast break and order a breakfast sandwich, forget about it. Expect a sloppy mess, or something you didnt order.

Great seafood, great produce, awesome...awesome bakery. They have the Italian pastries that are sometimes called "lobster tails" ...just layers and layers of pastry, overlapping, with a custard-like specialty filling...oh my...I drive over 25 miles each way - just to get these pastries. I used to drive to Mikes Pastry in Bostons north end to buy these. These arent quite as good as Mikes, but my oh my, they are worth the 50 mile drive for me !!!!!

Best supermarket chain anywhere. staff are so helpful and you can quickly & easily find someone when you need them... Its no surprise that their employees stood behind them as they did, the company has to be one of the best (oersonally ud say they are #1) in the country...3 cheers for many succesful years ahead so my grandchildren can continue to enjoy all that you offer...

The only Market Basket "on Cape Cod." Perhaps the least expensive supermarket on Cape Cod. (Most items) Generally very busy, parking can be difficult. Often long checkout lines at p eak hours and on weekends. Recommend shopping early morning or later a night. Quality, savings and friendly service are generally worth the wait.... Especially with larger grocery orders.

I do almost all my food shopping at Market Basket. I usually do like 2 weeks shopping at a time, and spending about $250 at Market Basket I fill 2 whole carts with food, I tried the same thing at Stop and Shop and it was only filling 3/4 of a cart for the same amount of money and Super Walmart I can maybe get a cart full

The prices are the best in the area. The selection is decent. Like many other businesses in the area they have limited space compared to other locations due to zoning restrictions. So that results in a somewhat smaller selection of products and a very crowded store. Its worth the hassle though if youre on a tight budget.

Its a market basket what can I say! Lol place is great for prices and always packed with people. Meat counter is always stocked with nice fresh cuts as well as the seafood department. The service in the prepared foods could be a little better though. But other than that, you really couldnt get any more convenient.

Good prices, love the prepared food section (and Im pretty picky about food) just have to put up with the crowds, but its worth it in my opinion because I spend much less than what I would at a different well known grocery store. I also think the staff are friendlier and its cleaner than the competitors

Some of the old outlets have returned. Bass, Van Heusen, Carters. But with Market Basket as the key, they will not be short of customers. What a great supermarket!! The freshest of every kind of vegetables, beautiful meats, a deli where the personal service is amazing and all at reasonable prices.
