I have loved the idea of pick up since you implemented it at the store. However, I believe the location of this pickup is both awkward and dangerous . The traffic pattern at your store is so congested at that corner people often come close to running in back of my car. On top of that people yell at you for parking in a no parking place,not realizing it is pick up. Perhaps relocating this area into a safer area would eliminate the dangers. Another complaint is the time it takes for someone to come out serve the customer in the package pick up. Today the young man on duty for this area was not informed that he even had pickups. The sitting there waiting for 15-20 minutes adds to the traffic dangers. Again the idea of pick up is great however your stores execution needs work.

EXPENSIVE. If you dont have a S&S card, be prepared to add an extra $20-$50. The still use the non-recycleable plastic bags, and paper bags are seldom an option. Make the trip to Sagamore and shop at Market Basket.

Great selection of food however the "boy" at the register was rude, especially to the lady in front of us!!! Is it that hard to just be nice? Treat others as you want to be treated!
