Wow this place was amazing. They had all kinds of food! Pasta, legumes, live goats, cereal, and root beer! Truly a hidden gem on the cape cod. They employees were incredibly helpful when I had questions, and if youve ever met big George, you can bet your cottage cheese I have questions. The employee there, Chaden, answered all my questions. He told me where the pasta was, both pre-prepared and raw, provided me with a hatchet to sever the head of the goat, assisted my frail bones in get 2 dozen bottles of root beers, and did it all with a smile! Wow! As I left the store the employees said "have a great night" and "the burden has become yours now" even though they didnt have to. I will definitely come back here soon.

They carry a reasonably good selection of allergy friendly foods. The prices are high across the board though. I tend to shop at Market Basket, a few miles away, before I go to Stop and Shop. Anything I cant find at MB, I them purchase at SS.

Poor selection and poor quality fish market. Its more expensive than the off cape grocery stores. Products are also difficult to find.
