Usually my interactions with store employees are limited to a few pained exchanges by the cashier. The way I see all employees act towards the consumers at this location is that they are either burdened or annoyed by their very existence. As if everyone’s need for groceries is an affront. Today was even worse as I watched the woman at the end of my checkout line accidentally drop and brake a jar of tomato sauce on the floor. While several employee’s witnessed the accident, no one approached the distressed woman or cleaned the mess. I asked the cashier if she should help her or perhaps find someone who could? She indicated that it was not her responsibility and that someone had been notified to take care of it. Clearly it’s every man for himself at this store. Meanwhile, I watched as elderly persons tried to navigate their carts around the mess with the woman still looking around perplexed. After a few more minutes without being approached she took it upon herself to retrieve a roll of paper towels from her shopping cart and begins mopping up the mess, broken glass and all. I understand that consumers here are regarded with irritation, if not down right hostility but to see such a blatant disregard to other’s safety seems egregious to me. For shame. I wouldn’t be surprised by an injury lawsuit. I let the cashier know as well as their customer service team. All shoppers should proceed with extreme caution.

Absolutely disgusting. Store is filthy. Both bathrooms were filthy, tp, paper towels all over the floor, and in sink. None of the tp or paper towel was in receptacles. Your employees at the deli were arguing and fighting while customers waited. Is there any management at all in this store running things? It, as usual, was total chaos. I only went in to get something specific they had on sale. Never again. Shares across the street has my loyalty. A much better shopping experience.

This store has a very strong bad smell as soon as you walk through the door. It really bothers me. Not like other stop and shops where I shopped before our move. In Falmouth near the fish counter it has a very fishy odor I never experienced either. It leads me to believe this store does not clean up properly. Other stores can be great, why does this one smell bad?

Registers are usually inadequately staffed- Mashpee and Falmouth. They seem to be focused on self scan and eliminating employees. Gone are the days when a manager would step up to a register to get the lines moving. It seems they would rather let the customer who objects to the self scan philosophy suffer.

A good solid grocery store. Very busy location. But they do a very good job utilizing technology in their store. Make sure to bring your own bags though, as the government here prohibits stores from providing plastic shopping bags.

Pricey even with redeeming gas points compared to Market Basket which is far cheaper across the board because there is no demographic mark up. Has variety with some whole foods but store brand is still marked up on these.

Normally a 5* buy was "audited" on the busiest day of the summer... Right before July 4th. The place was mobbed, you couldnt move and I always use the hand scanner. Today it chose me for the audit... Ugh!
