Went in needing a pin replaced in my ray bans. While the store doesnt cary the brand they were able to find an approximate fit, which they put in free of charge, even though I hadnt purchased the glasses from them! They have a quality looking selection and from that experience I can say they are good people who value their customers/community and will definitely provide a good service!

After trying frames at several Boston eyeglass stores, I found the right pair at Wellesley. Although the selection may look smaller, the quality and designs make it the best place to find well-fitted frames. Gerald has a terrific eye for fitting frames and is a pleasure to work with.

They do have good service until theres a problem about why my vision was blurry after putting on the prescription glasses they made. They refused to refund me and started to LIE to Amex when I dispute two transactions with them.

LOVED the vibe of this shop! Staff was charming and knowledgeable. I bought frames and they took the prescription from my current pair. I had my new glasses all made up in less than a week!
