I am not a long time and experienced wearer of glasses. I was sold a nice pair of Burberry frames that were not the best fit (given that the temples began stretch out). The felt like they fit, but apparently the frames were not the correct size for my head. The lens that I purchased from them began to wear within 6 months. Some of the lens coating was scratched off. I was always placing my frames in the case, and did not rough handle them. In my opinion, the lens were low quality. What made the experience all the more annoying is that I visited another eye doctor and received great service which proved to me that I had been slighted at LensCrafters (at least at that store). Take-aways: Do your homework ahead of time. Make sure you understand the measurements for frames. Make sure you understand which lens and lens features are available. I hated the experience (which came to bear after my purchase) because I paid a lot of money for frames that were not the best fit (although they felt like they fit), lens that were trash, and I realized after the fact that the only other options presented to me for my lens and frames were protection plans. If you buy the type of lens that I bought (which I was given no other options for lens, so I imagine that is what they offer), I see why they push their protection plans, given what I have experienced.

Poor customer service. Both attendants who helped me seemed rushed and could do little other than sell me a pair of glasses which is not what I wanted. Part of the frame was bent on my glasses. I bought a nice pair of Ray Bans about 18 months ago so I asked if there was warranty for the $200 glasses They said no. I asked if they could fix it and they said it cant be fixed. Not getting much help or feed back, I had to come to the conclusion for myself that my only option was to buy a new pair at full price. I left the store and fixed the glasses myself in 15 minutes. Places like this are getting fierce competition from online stores that can provide glasses at a dramatically reduced price. The only way for these brick and mortar stores to compete is to provide exceptional customer service, something that LensCrafters seems to be lacking. Sadly, I will not be going back.

Highly recommend the people that work there are Friendly...Honest....and helped me decide what glasses looked good on me by taking a picture for me to compare them. I have a high prescription and without wearing my glasses I cant see anything. They ordered my glasses and I was wearing them and feeling great 7 days later. Much better then the 2 to 3 weeks I had to wait at a different eye glass store I use to use. Thank you Lenscrafters!!!!

Poor customer service --Was slightly early for my appointment for an eye exam. No one else waiting. One patient in the exam room. The doctor came out of exam room to pick up something from the front desk. A walk in person had just arrived & asked the doctor directly if he could see her today. He said sure, and took her before the now two people waiting with appointments. Very bad form. I see why they insist on payment upfront.

This place a has some of the most rude, unknowlageable, and unprofessional sales agents I have ever encountered. The optometrist doctor also seemed very rushing and uninterested in listening to any of my questions or concerns. I wish I could have rated this place zero stars because even one star is pushing it. If you dislike someone or have an enemy, then this would be the place to recommend them for glasses/eye exams..

I called many times to make an appointment. Your call gets routed somewhere else. You wont be able to see Dr. Iraca anymore and they will try to book you with another Doctor. Location appears to be permanently closed. It would be good to be transparent, update the website and hours to make patients aware as opposed to dragging them around!

NEVER AGAIN!! RETUNED SEVERAL TIMES TO HAVE THE ALIGNMENT CORRECTED ON MY GLASSES AND THE ARE STILL OUT OF FOCUS ON ON EYE...TOO LATE TO RETURN. 700 BUCKS DOWN THE DRAIN
