Vizio was my third choice as I thought I was a smart shopper and went to the internet placed an order for JF REY glassses with a company that offered a lower price. Two weeks after I placed the order I was notified the glasses were out of stock, gave them 4 choices and they failed to deliver any of them.I cancelled my order , called Vizio, told them what I wanted it and within an hour they responded via email a followed on a phone call that vizio will get the glasses in a week. To my surprise they gat the glasses sooner than they promissed . Vizio great service did not stopped there as I made an error and order the wrong color and thats when I really found out what a great customer service Hilary from Vizio was able to provide, see because I knew the glasses were speacial ordered I was under the impression that if it was my error I will need to live with it, but Hilary as pleasent as any phone salesperson I have encountered, simple told me " Just pack them and I will give you an UPS return authorization from" 10 days latter I got my new JF Rey, LOVE them and to my surprise two weeks latter Hilary made a follow up email to make sure I was happy with my new glasses . Are you kidding me, this is what the old fashion American bussiness used to be , personal touch and caring for your customer, yes I probably paid a little bit more but Im so happy I did. Hilary and Vizio their service and customer care is second to none. Thanks Hilary!

Great experience! Dr. Rabkin gave me a thorough exam, studied my old glasses, and presented me with glasses options for the computer, and for "the rest of life". As a professional programmer, I was very happy to have the computer glasses - they reduce my eye strain significantly, and help me maintain better posture, as I am not leaning in to the screen anymore. I am wearing them now, at the end of a twelve hour work day, and Im not feeling eyestrain or fatigue. At next years checkup, I think I will purchase another pair with the "rest of life" prescription for going to the theater and driving at night. I didnt expect to be excited about the frames - I just wanted to be able to see well. However, after trying on a number of frame styles, Dr. Rabkin noticed that the texture of the frame against my face was important to me. She showed me a pair of "etnia" frame made out of some sort of composite material - they have a brushed finish, and feel like balsa wood! Very, very comfortable. They have a very "warm" texture. Overall, great experience, great glasses, unexpectedly fun and comfy frames. Also quite a bit cheaper than I expected, based on previous experiences with other opticians. Highly recommend!

Well to start with, I had to create an account with Google to write this review, something I wouldnt have bothered with if I hadnt received the excellent service that Vizio gave. Any way I was after a new pair of glasses and I am the type of person that once I see what I like and want, I would not be totally happy with an alternative. I found the frames I wanted on the Lindberg web site and tried several places to get them with very little success. I stumbled onto Vizios web site (which is now saved in my favourites) and thought I might as well give them a go. Sure enough I had a reply back from Hilary saying yes they can get the frames and it will take about 3 weeks to receive them. Well to my surprise they received the frames in 1 week and once they checked the frames they had them on the way to me here in New Zealand. I would not hesitate to use Vizio again, and to the owners and management of Vizio, if Hilary isnt one of you, look after this girl! The service and communication I had from her is a credit to your company and employees like her a very few and far between, I know I am in a management position myself.

I recently lost a brand new, beautiful and not inexpensive pair of glasses that I really loved!! My optical frame shop tried to order for me again and told me that they were backordered for more than a month!! I went online and found Vizio. I found my frames. I ordered and then, alas, was told by their customer service person, Hilary, that yes, they are backordered more than a month. Still....she was AMAZING. She did a search to see what she could come up with, kept in touch with me and even though, they would still be backordered, her concern and customer service was so beyond anything I have experienced in such a long time, either in a physical store or online. We became email "buddies" exchanging updates on what she could find and I could find. Finally, when my optical store did find one errant pair "somewhere out there", Hilary could not have been more responsive or gracious. She refunded my money faster than immediately. I will go back to Vizio anytime! and look forward to needing their services and selection in the near future. Hooray for Vizio! Hooray for Hilary! Hooray for Vizio for having Hilary! Smart move.

If you are in need of a GREAT optical store in the Boston area - then search no further. Vizio Optics in the heart of Brookline, Ma. is your destination. They offer a great selection of brands from all over the world. I just purchased a pair of I.C.Berlin, which I might add, cannot be found easily around the city. Although brands such as, Gucci and Armani are of quality, those brands can be found in most optical stores. This store is different in comparison to all others because of the uniqueness of the brands they carry. Dr. Rabkin is one of the most pleasant and kind people you can work with. Her staff is more than qualified to work with the most discerning customers. I happened to work with Erin who was amazing. No pressure made it a great experience. They are honest people with a smile. When I moved to Boston from Boca Raton, FL. I needed to find a good optician for obvious reasons and saw that Vizio Optics was listed at the top of "Best of Boston" Magazine. I experienced why they have won the award several times in its category the past few years - now you should.

If you are looking for the best eyeglasses or sunglasses plus the most amazing customer service - you have come to the right place!!!! Vizio Optic has the largest selection of up to date eye frames as well as the most current, stylish sunglasses. I am from Baltimore and can only wish we had Vizio Optic here! I have received absolutely the very best customer service from Erin, who was incredible patient with me as well as really knowledgable about Vizio Optic merchandise. Honestly, I was overwhelmed by the wide selection and literally wanted every pair of the eyeglasses and sunglasses Ive tried on. Erin encouraged me to take my time, take pictures and decide later. Seriously guys....lets talk about the photo booth..it is the best thing ever..who else have seen one and how genius!!! I really encourage everyone who lives in Boston or visiting to stop by Vizio Optic, you will not be disappointed!!!!! I mean, they were not voted Best of Boston for the 7th time for nothing!!!
