I visited this place to get a specific type of contacts I needed because I had an event for the weekend. My eye doctor had ordered many samples but I had not received them yet and i was panicking so I decided to stop at all eye care doctors with a copy of my prescription that I had just picked up that week at my eye doctors office. I went to the front desk and a very polite lady greeted me and asked me what I needed and I told her I was looking for a specific type of contacts. She asked me if I had my prescription and I said yes and so she said someone would take care of me and if i could please take a seat. Very shortly another woman sat at the front desk and said " hey, you can come up". I did not think she was speaking to me since the tone was a bit rude. Once again she said " you can you come over here". The woman sitting next to me who was probably dressed better than me stood up , and the employee said, "oh no not you (called her by her name) we will be with you shortly". So I pointed at myself and asked, "me?" and she responded "yes." and rolled her eyes. I went up and she asked for my prescription and I showed it to her , and for some reason my doctor had put the date with the year being 2014 instead of 2015, and she told me my prescription was expired. I explained to her that I had seen my doctor a couple of days ago and she went ahead to say to me that it wasnt true so I asked her to call my doctor which she did. My doctor had a hard time remembering who I was. So the other lady sitting in the front desk asked her to just let me speak to my doctor and she said no. The lady kept going back and forth between my doctor and I telling me what she would say and vice versa. I asked her if she could ask my doctor a question and she said "you need to ask her on your own on your personal time". Basically this was the worst treatment I had ever had in a place. Im a very patient and respectful, but never had I felt so embarrassed and belittled by someone. I saw everybody else being treated respectfully and of course all the customers seemed very elegant with expensive attire, meanwhile I was wearing a t shirt, jeans and all star shoes. I would never come back to this place and i f anybody does I hope they are treated with the respect that all us humans deserve.

The selection of frames is AMAZING ranging from basics such as Ray Ban to high-end selections such as Prada, Fendi & most importantly, Tom Ford. Tom Ford optical frames are extremely hard to find in optical stores due to Tom Ford having such strict policies for who gets to sell their product; they have to actually approve the location that they are being sold in, so you know its a top-notch place if theyve got them! Aside from the great selection of frames and sunglasses, the timeliness in which you receive your products, whether that be ordering contacts or getting new frames, is remarkable! Both times I have bought a new pair of frames they were ready within 1-2 days MAX. In terms of ordering contacts, you can either get them delivered to the store which might be a day or so faster, or delivered to your home which is still super fast (received within 2-3 business days). Now the really important thing, the actual care you receive. Whether its the receptionist, the assistants working the floor to help you choose your glasses, or the actual doctors themselves, all of the staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. I have been seen by multiple doctors, including Dr. Dzenana Idrizovic, with all of whom the professionalism and care is 100% consistent across the board. No matter which doctor you see, your care will be excellent. Also, just a side note, the cleanliness of this office is fantastic. It still looks brand new even though its been fully functioning for 2+ years. One last, and one of the more important things for me, was the availability to get an appointment and the late hours they are open. It makes getting to the eye doctor so much less of a hassle! If you couldnt tell, they get an A++ from me!

I had a great experience at All Eye Care Doctors. I just recently moved to Boston from Houston and I wasnt aware of medical and insurance system here. I do carry BCBS insurance. They explained me very well about my insurance coverage and medical system. First of all I went to this place at 7 pm at closing time and Dr. I allowed me to come (which is very uncommon nowadays specially if you are a new patient) and did the full check up for my eye infection issue and spent decent time in doing diagnostics and explaining me the situation. In fact in 24 hrs condition I started feeling much better which I wasnt expecting. She knows the best. I felt like I have known Dr.I for a long time even though it was my first visit. Her staff is very friendly too. They always welcome you with smile regardless of how busy they are or how many patient they have which is definitely a plus point. Oh they would not let you forget about your appointment and doing a great job in follow up with you. Another plus point is they would work with your schedule. I was not able to make up my follow up visit due to work load and they did a great job in rescheduling with my earliest convenient time. I would definitely recommend anybody to go visit Dr I. She would explain you the best in layman term without using very doctorate terms so you would understand your eye physical condition very well instead of googling or assuming medical terms that you would have never heard before. I was very impressed with my experience and I would definitely consider Dr. I as my primary Eye Care Doctor for sure.

I never write reviews but i was blown away with the care that i received im indulged to. I needed to have an eye exam so i searched for one near my home and found All Eye Care, so i gave them a shot and was glad i did, i have a very tight schedule in my profession and they accommodated me better than any other eye dr. ever did, i decided to get contacts this time (first time contact wearer) Dr. Idrizovic took allot of time with my appointment trying to get my prescription perfect, also trying different lenses on and sent me on my way with trials to try (4 different brands). her main focus was to get me the most comfortable lens possible, there are allot of lens types and manufacturers out there, i was having issues with the initial trial lenses she provided so i called and spoke with Dr. Idrizovic and she asked me to come down for a new set of trials and when i arrived they were ready for me and she even took the time to have me sit down and check my eyes as well as double check the fitment which was fine, this time around i found the perfect set. Dr. Idrizovic is a very caring and proficient Dr, as well as her lovely staff. they remember me and call me by name as i walk in which i find to be great. (makes me feel like a friend and not just another patient) everyone told me not to buy contacts from the Drs office as the prices are always higher, so i researched the costs to be prepared and when it came down to ordering contacts the prices she provided me were lower than online (huge bonus) give them a try , you will not be disappointed .
