Felix, the owner, is totally committed to customer satisfaction. When I ran into a problem that had nothing to do with him, he still fixed it for me and didnt even charge me. I had broken the arm that attaches to my lens. After that I went back to him for a second pair of glasses and he took great care to make sure that everything was correct and he priced the glasses very competitively. I couldnt be happier with his service and quality.
