I went into their Norwood Store, in early July 2014. The salesperson totally rude , he wasnt interested in dealing...he must hate his job. I walked out on him. A week later I went into the Braintree store and they were very helpful and. I made a choice and in about 10 days a salesperson came out to measure. Kitchen cabinets and flooring for the entire house She sent me a quote two days later for the kitchen only. however it was only for the material and not labor. I e-mailed her and she said someone else will have to quote me on that and they will have to come out. Well here it is 3 or 4 weeks later and I have not heard from anyone. I guess the are not interested in my business. Maybe because I did not choose expensive cabinets.... Do not waste your time going there. The owner e-mailed me and asked me to take down this review. How do you know if this is where you want to do business if you only see positive reviews.....not really a fair assesment

I went to several other places before checking out Norfolk. I would highly recommend their Kitchen design staff and services. John Leonard is who we have been working with and he has been wonderful!!! I went in not knowing how to design our very small kitchen space, and he came up with a wonderful, cost effective design for our kitchen. He has a great eye for everything and has worked with us throughout the project. We purchased our cabinets and have so far been very happy with the help and services provided.

went to the Morton St Store and they ignored my calls for my estimate. went to the Norwood store and sat down and went over design. again 10 days later and still no quote even after sending emails. Dont waste your time. As a Plumbing Contractor i will never send a customer again to Norfolk hardware they are better off at Lowes or Home Depot at least there is some accountability at these stores at Norfolk you might as well stay home and not waste your time

I dealt with Malaika for kitchen cabinets. Theyre selection is good and their prices are excellent. She was very knowledgable. She even came to the house and measured which was good cause my own were off. My cabinets were delivered to the 3rd floor with no issue. I have referred people to them and will use them again for more cabinets. Let me also mention Ive gotten other supplies from there and the people there are helpful and prices are good.

I walked into Norfolk Hardware recently after having trouble finding things at the big box stores. After just a few minutes several sales associates asked me. I quickly found the things that I needed. The price was right too! I highly recoment anyone to go to Norfolk Hardware.

I love this store, the folks are friendly, help with advise and know their stuff...Ive stopped using Home Depot. Id prefer to shop at a local business - and, its where all the construction, painter folk buy their equipment. If its good enough for them, its good for me.

They helped my mom find the tools she required to paint and fix the walls. 4 stars is because they didnt give us all the attention we needed and helped others while helping us. But we got what needed as stated from the start.
