This is a classic neighborhood hardware store, completely crammed with stuff. Things are a little hard to find, but the staff knows where to find whatever you need. They literally have everything, and if they dont, they will order it for you. I love that I dont have to go to Home Depot every time I need painting hook or something like that. Plus they are right across the street from JP Licks so I usually go by and get a frozen yogurt or hot chocolate when Im done at the hardware store.

I have had a different experience from the other reviews posted here. I have found that not only are the people helpful at the store and friendly, it has always had what I have needed. As they are a part of ACE hardware, I know that when they do not have an item you need, it is easy to order it through them or online and it will be in store in a couple of days. I love having this place close by. I also love that I can bring my dog in with me too.

Ask for Lionel when you walk in the door-he knows where everything is and always delivers what he promises. Sure its crowded with merchandise, and they are always out of something you need, bit all the help says hello when we pass on the street. Home Depot it isnt. Thank god!

The store is feels cluttered and slightly disorganized, but the staff is friendly and helpful, and they are well-stocked. As an added bonus, the store takes Bicycle Benefits, and there is a nice bike rack just out front.
