No idea what the other reviewers are talking about. I had fabulous service here. They were very helpful, and also explained exactly why I didnt need the $100 upgrade that other places tried to sell me. When the glasses I bought didnt fit quite right, they first made adjustments, then quickly exchanged them without a word of complaint. Great staff, great experience, great store. Fully recommended.

MY HUSBAND STOPPED BY ON 5/29/2017 FOR A QUOTE ON A NEW PAIR OF PROGRESSIVE TRANSITION EYEGLASSES. INSIDE THE STORE WHEN HE INQUIRED ABOUT INSURANCE PARTICIPATION THE 4 EMPLOYEE PRESENT STARTED "PASSING THE BALL" AND HE LEFT UNATTENDED LIKE HE WAS INVISIBLE. HE LEFT WITH A SAD IMAGE OF OUR LOCAL BUSINESS. VERY RUDE SERVICE FOR A VERY NEW STORE.

This is not the best place that a person can go to for professional eye care. The place is highly disorganized and did not seem unified. The people there are also not helpful and receive customers with disdain. Unless you are looking for a place where you can return to again and again because they keep getting your prescription wrong, avoid at all costs.

This place has the least friendly customer service and the most incompetent doctors. If you bought glasses/contacts from here and found a problem (wrong prescription, not adjusted for astigmatism), I wouldnt suggest going back because its not going to be fixed.
