I work in Alexandria, and came in with a broken frame on my prescription, constant wear glasses. It was my last work day before heading out on a two week vacation. I was fully expecting to purchase new frames; instead, Mark O. was able to fix my old frames, get them adjusted properly, and even polished the lenses to remove some of the scratches! This was my first visit to the shop, and he did this on a walk in, while I waited. Absolutely phenomenal service. I highly recommend them to anyone.
