Dr. Ray got my prescription right the first time. I felt like the sales associate who did my contacts training cared, even though shes probably done it a million times. The ladies who helped me purchase glasses were not rude but patient, and Susan, Dr. Rays wife and receptionist, too, was very easy to talk to. Id do business here again.

Thank you to the 3 lovely ladies that helped me out tonight, I was in quite a bind. I needed replacement glasses on the spot, and they found me a pair of frames that fit my current lenses in about 15 minutes. Real lifesaver, didnt even break the bank.

I had a broken nose pad, walked in hoping to be able to purchase a new one and they took my glasses from me fixing them at no charge. Awesome surprise for a Monday morning that wasnt starting out well.
