I just would like to Give a BIG THANK YOU to MR.Mike the store manager of prince Frederick. He was greatful of satifiying me of my needs after he had to clean up someone elses mess. I really thought I was going to loose my mind after I wasnt quite please with prior service I recieved. He was on the outside looking in and compleatly got the job down as in making me leave with a big smile on my face. Cause I didnt have to sleep another night with my mattress on the floor. Defiantly would recommend you to go see him

Like most people- I hate a pushy salesperson. We hit several stores looking for a new mattress. Not only did Mattress Firm have great prices but the saleswoman (Courtney) that we met on our first visit is what really made us come back to this location. She was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions for my husband and me- in the least pushiest way possible. She made us feel at ease and didnt try to push us into something we couldnt afford- she understood this was not a small purchase for us.
