I have been to this establishment on four separate occasions, NEVER was I nor my guest ever greeted cheerfully much less even acknowledged! I purposely dress down to go shopping at times, just to see how customers are treated, at different stores, and this place gets the BIGGEST LOSER PRIZE!! You are definitely JUDGED when you walk in, and this is the ONLY reason I have never spent a penny in this place!!! Gave them four separate chances, thinking maybe it was just a bad day, but it does not appear to be the case. But just want the owners of this place to know, I could have spent lots of money there, but because of the lack of respect, it was s BIG MISTAKE!

The owner, or at least I am assuming she was the owner was obscenely rude and within seconds of my husband, son and I entering the store she yelled at my child for literally touching a piece of furniture. She exclaimed the piece cost over "a thousand dollars!!!"... needless to say, I left. Ill spend more than "a thousand dollars" somewhere else, where people have customer service skills.

I went to Classic Consignments today and bought a chair. I was really happy with what I found and they were very helpful. Im definitely going back.
