Horrible experience with this store. I have ordered edible arrangements muitlplw times from different stores, always 100% 5/5 stars. Unfortently this Olney location didnt treat me, the customer with respect or understanding. The store employee , rose or Rosie is very hard to understand, rude and hung up the phone on me. On Saturday I placed an order for delivery on Sunday , Fathers Day . 8pm Sunday night I receive a call saying the arrangement melted in the drivers car and cannot be delivered until Monday. I was very upset that I didnt find out about this till 8pm on Fathers Day. I tell her that it would be okay for redelievery Monday but I would like some sort of compensation or refund . Monday comes , my father lets me know he still hasnt received anything. I call customer service, they were very helpful and tell me that they called the Olnely store and it can be delivered today Monday after 7pm. I say great thank you. 5 mins later, Rose calls me from the store saying that it is not possible to delivery today and that she thought I wanted a refund and to replace my order again. I try to state to her that she is incorrect and that is not what we concluded on Sunday night, she tries to continue to correct me then says "omg that is not what you said" then hangs up on me... Very upset and mad with edible arrangements, not sure what they look for in there franchise owners or store employees, if you read the majority of reviews for this store, its horrible. Not sure if I will ever use edible arrangements again or not. Just wanted to share my experience with potential customers. BEWARNED BAD SERVICE

A very close friend of mine had death in their family. I thought a basket from Edible Arrangements would be nice since they had to travel out of town at the end of the week. I have used Edible Arrangement many times, never the Laytonsville location. I always was very satisfied with the product and the service. I am very unsatisfied with my service this this order at the Laytonsville location. The person the arrangement was delivered to was not at home at the time the driver went to the house. THE DRIVER LEFT THE ARRANGEMENT IN THE DRIVEWAY ON THE GROUND. The arrangement was beautiful (looking) however I felt very disrespected. Any animal could have urinated, licked or whatever on the package. It seemed like they were leaving food to feed an animal on the ground. Not only did I feel disrespected but it was unsanitary, serving food on the ground. I called the store and spoke to the owner Ms. Paula Griffin and also felt disrespected. Ms. Griffins had a chuckle in her voice as I explained my frustration regarding the service. Signed, Very Unhappy Customer

Needed a same day delivery and placed an order with this store. Fortunately she called me and told me it was not going to be possible to deliver same day but she could transfer to another store. UNFORTUNATELY she did not call the other store to give them a heads up which apparently is common courtesy among franchises AND somehow changed the delivery date to the next day when she transferred the order!! These bouquets are expensive and mine was NOT delivered on the day I requested. I was incredibly upset.

I wish I could agree on the above review. I have not had the honor of the owner calling me back after my surprise delivery for the sister in laws 50th b-day was a day late (after her celebration with family and friends) I live out of State so I relied on the fruit being delievered when promised. I understand mistakes happen what I dont understand is why after leaving 2 messages with her staff requesting a call back I have not had one.

Last Tuesday, I wasnt feeling well. My best friend decided to get me the Delicious Daisy Dipped Pineapple bouquet to cheer me up. It certainly made my day. My favorite was the Chocolate Dipped Pineapple. However, the fruit didnt stay fresh for long in the fridge. It became soggy and moldy after two days. Ive had Edible Arrangements from other locations that lasted longer.
