bottom line.......I USUALLY FIND LOCAL FLORIST THAT DO THEIR OWN WORK, THEIR OWN DELIVERY...I THOUGHT I DID.... I WAS MISTAKEN. Do not think that this is a family FLORIST business with everyone doing their part...my opinion is it is a service that gets the business, sends it to another business who sends it to another business. I had to call 4 different places to make sure my dish garden with 4 roses in it, showed up. TO VERIFY DELIVERY, I had the funeral home look for it under Sending Flowers Fast....no record of it... I found my receipt of payment in another name then the ACTUAL company that made it and truly delivered it had another name ( yes the plant was beautiful )THE FUNERAL HOME SENT ME A PIX), but no roses in it. :-( It actually got there around 4 (a correct time). the person from sending flowers fast told me it got there at 6pm.......someone is confused... Well My dish garden got there, my roses did NOT make it, and now I will hopefully get my refund for the roses without having to be searching all the names. I USUALLY FIND LOCAL FLORIST THAT DO THEIR OWN WORK, THEIR OWN DELIVERY...I THOUGHT I DID I WAS MISTAKEN. First question is DO YOU MAKE YOUR OWN FLOWERS AND DELIVERYS!!!!! From now on I WILL!!!
