If only it could be ZERO STARS... WORST EVER. PAID for delivery LAST week that never was delivered. Had to call this week because it was not delivered YET my account charged - No call. No Email. NO COMMUNICATION. I spoke to someone at the store yesterday who was very nice and apologized as they do not know what happened as it never was processed or attempted to be delivered. She told me a manager would call to try to rectify the situation. Now, I am NOT one to press issues like this as I AM in customer service and I am one to understand that the customer is not always right.. but this place!! The "manager" is a JOKE. Called today as I received an email saying it was available for pick up and when the person who was to pick it up arrived... it wasnt ready for at LEAST 30 min... Naturally called to talk to the manager about this situation. She proceed to tell me that I misunderstood the CLEAR email saying that the order was ready and available to pick up at ANY time before 7pm. Literally it reads (caps and all), "Sweet! Your order is READY FOR PICKUP! We know your requested pickup time is 2pm but no rush - come by any time before 7pm today." How can anyone confuse this!? She continued to LIE about the order and contradicted herself saying things like "it could be ready in 30 min" and "they attempted to deliver it last week but they could not leave it at the front desk" (confirmed with the delivery point that was NOT the case) and then that she told the person I sent to pick it up that the order was ready and that they just needed to get it from the fridge but that the gentleman elected to come back... UGH let us be real... why would they elect to come back if all you had to do was get it from the fridge?? And if you tried to deliver it last week, why was I OR the person receiving it not contacted or told that there was an issue? OR why was I told that it was not filled in the first place when I first called them. I am furious because not only did you NOT fill the order, deliver it or contact me about ANY issues, today this "manager" was purely RUDE with NO customer service consideration refusing to offer any way to rectify this situation. I had to call their corporate office to find out that each store is individually owned and they cannot do anything about this behavior. What?! you owe me $15 for the NON-delivery alone! IF this is how disputes are handle where NOTHING can be done about this behavior... NEVER AGAIN for Edible Arrangements. This manager CLEARLY needs to be fired or go through some SERIOUS classes on PROPER CUSTOMER CARE. GO ANYWHERE but here! I hope this store owner really considers who they continue to have in such roles before they go out of business.

Having not ordered from other locations before, I cant comment on how this particular location rates as compared to those other places. What I can comment on, however, is the fact that its currently 10:40PM and weve been stuck sitting at home waiting for a delivery that never came when we should have been out enjoying Valentines Day. The destination is less than 2 miles from this store and someone has been home all day, so its not as if we missed the delivery. Yes, I know theres snow on the ground, but the parking lot for this location has been plowed and so has the street in front of it- and so have most of the streets around this location, for that matter. If theyre unable to make the delivery, theyre supposed to contact me and reschedule. No attempt to contact me by phone or email has occurred today, and all of my attempts to reach the store have gone to voicemail; Ive been trying to get in touch with them since 5PM. In the past, weve been able to walk in to the store and walk out with a premade box of fruit, so this is a truly horrible way to expose ourselves to the experience of online ordering from Edible Arrangements. Please bear in mind that Im not reporting on the performance of Edible Arrangements as a company, yet- just this mess of a franchise.

While I did eventually receive it, it was ordered from a friend and I was to pick it up. I was told that it would be available at 11 AM (not to get it exactly at 11 AM). My name and phone number was on the order and I went around 1:30 PM. They were closed. While I should have checked for the store hours, I did not receive a call prior to the day, nontheless prior to the close of the business day. I called twice on that day and by then they were closed, but I did not receive a call back the day after. I had to call to make sure it was still available. The gift itself was good, but expensive. Scheduling is a nightmare unless you stay on top of it and make sure that theyre hours are not odd. Its literally a one man shop (and instead of calling people, he just sat there surfing the net). Not to mention that the address on Google shows that its on the other side of the road. Sure, its Googles error, but they have error reporting. If it was your own house and you saw that its not on the right side of the road, you would fix it wouldnt you? Well, they dont and wont.

The store tried to make a delivery while we were out of town. As an initial matter, who delivers perishable goods without calling first to see if theres anyone available to receive them? And this isnt just flowers - its food. Basic health and safety standards should apply. You dont drive around with them in a hot car all day. Moreover, they proceeded to repeatedly call the home phone and leaves notes at the house. Calling a vacant house wont work no matter how many times you try ... and leaving repeated delivery notes is like laying out a welcome mat to burglars, making it obvious that the house is unoccupied. Thanks ever so much for putting my property and safety in danger. Incompetent. Irresponsible. Thats Edible Arrangements for you. I will never do business with them - and given that the delivery is presumably spoiled by now, I wont be accepting it and will demand they refund the senders money.

I tried sending my husband a nice birthday surprise while he was at work and he never got it. My husband stepped out of the store when the delivery guy came and someone else signed for it and took it. Apparently, Mazen the owner of this store, allows his delivery drivers to let anyone sign for the order rather than the person who it is suppose to be sent to. Very disappointed These arrangements are not cheap and rather than getting refunded, Mazen suggests he just sends me another one. No thanks! My husbands birthday is over now and I would love to get my money back!

very very bad service, dont waiste your time, you will be lucky if they make your delivery, take your bussines some where else, i place an order to be delivery on valentine day,i place my order a week before valentine, THEY DID NOT DELIVERY MY ORDER, the next day i went to the store to ask for my money back, not even a sorry or nothing....very bad customer service,whorst service ever
