Unfortunately even though the flower arrangement was delivered on time and the recipient enjoyed them, everything else about the process was horrid. When calling to order the arrangement the person on the phone was short and abrasive. Afterwards, when attempting to get a receipt for the purchase we were told that they dont handle that at their location and was told to email to get a receipt. After waiting over a week and having received nothing, we called back and was told that the person in charge of that email and sending out receipts was not in, which is fine, but that they would inform them to read their emails to make sure we received out receipt. I still have not received anything. I attempted to call again yesterday (7/6/17) and both the local and toll-free number switched over to what seemed to be a cell phone that then said the mailbox was full and not accepting any voicemails. I attempted to call multiple times yesterday with the phone constantly just ringing and then going to the full voicemail. I even attempted to call this morning (7/7/17) and now it just flat out says for both the local and toll-free numbers that the line is no longer in service. I work for a business and this arrangement was for one of our employees who recently had a baby. What is worse, is that on the card all they put was From your family and did not put at -our company name- therefore leaving our employee to sit and wonder who actually sent the flowers. When speaking initially to get the flowers sent I specifically had to spell out our company name to the person on the phone multiple times and it seems instead of writing it down, they chose to omit it completely. All in all, this experience has been unfortunate and disappointing.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Apparently I should have looked these guys up on Yelp because Im not the only one to experience this: I ordered flowers on a Thursday to arrive on the next Wednesday in Rockville, maybe a mile up the road from the shop. By 2 pm on Wednesday I realized the flowers had not been delivered. I followed up 4 times that afternoon. The people on the phone promised they would be delivered on that day and to be patient. After 5 pm I called again and requested that they return my money as the flowers didnt arrive in time and the recipient went home, the man on the phone repeated that the flowers were on their way and should be delivered that evening. On Thursday, I AGAIN requested that my money be returned as the flowers were not delivered. They said they would send bigger better flowers than what I had paid for. I said no, I just want my money, I had already taken the recipient out to lunch on Thursday in place of the flowers. I was told my money would be returned. My money was not returned. The flowers were delivered on Friday when the recipient was out of town. Obviously this was a huge disappointment as I wasted a day calling the shop and wasted money because the flowers didnt arrive on time and the recipient never got them.

Great Flower shop in Rockville !............ very convenient! the flowers were amazing! I called to place an order the customer service was great....... they explained everything in a calm manor,with alot of informative photos and detailed descriptions of the best options for the event going on......... especially since i dont know much about flowers.This was above and beyond what any other flower shop had ever done with me .I was very impressed and greatly appreciated this nice gesture i had requested a rather specific time for our delivery and thought they would not do it......... It was delivered on time with no problem and the flowers lasted for weeks and weeks. They expained in details on how to get the flowers to last as long as possible ,details about changing the water every few days and cutting the flower stems at an angle under running warm water.Again Rockville Florist and Gift Baskets went above and beyond to make me feel really special as a customer.....I am there floral customer for life !........... If your looking for great amazing flowers, Rockville Florist & Gift Baskets is the place to go!........... CHECK THEM OUT !

The flowers they delivered were as pictured on the website. The delivery scheduling was the issue we had with this company. The sales rep was asked if they could do next day delivery by 2pm and I was ASSURED they would be able to deliver by the requested time. The rep even suggested an earlier time, 1pm. The flowers arrived after 4pm and left in another office suite, which meant the anniversary flowers were not received until 5 days later. Happy Anniversary Honey! After contacting the company they said they dont guarantee delivery times however would provide a refund. I have since called them several times to follow up and each time they said the credit would be applied. Disappointment : ( What I have learned is they can provide nice flowers if you dont require any delivery commitment. Customer Service matters to me. Do what you say, say what you do. I can make an informed choice based on truthful information.

If I could put 0 star, I would. I advise anyone who wants to send flowers to read their Yelp reviews. I went by Google reviews and was dearly mistaken. This business is unethical and I suspect they are operating out of their home as opposed to having a store front. They said they delivered flowers for a loss of a loved one and never did! And it seems that Im not the only one being scammed. Many others received notices that their arrangements were delivered when in fact they were not. And their phone number doesnt work. Please be aware!! I have to call my credit card company to get a refund. They operate as Genes Florist and Gaithersburg Florist and Gift Basket as well. Please note any good reviews may have been written by them. Again, check their Yelp reviews.

Rockville Florist /Gift Baskets ,Thanks for super flowers ! Highly recommend ! Awsome flowers and experience. I needed to get flowers last minute for my girlfriend as a spur of the moment surprise and looked for a local shop that could get me something pretty but not too expensive. I dont know much about flowers but the owner was very understanding and accommodating. He put together a beautiful arrangement that my girlfriend absolutely loved and he gave me a great deal on them. If I need flowers for any other occasion I will definitely stop by here again for the friendly service and beautiful flowers.Reccommend to anyone looking for a great flower shop !

Hi I recently ordered some flowers for my sister-in-law when her Father passed away. Being so far away I wanted to do something for her so that she knew we were thinking of her, but I was very dubious about ordering flowers online. The flowers she received were exactly what I ordered and they were described by her as beautiful. They arrived well within the timeframe and on the day that I chose.
