I ordered an FTD funeral arrangement from Heavenly Florist. When I arrived for the funeral and saw the arrangement I couldnt believe it was supposed to be the one I bought. The flowers were the wrong colors, about a third of them were wilted, and there were so few flowers that you could see the foam wreath underneath. It was so bad that other people mentioned it to me after the funeral. I contacted Heavenly Florist, whose guarantee states they will replace the arrangement or refund 100% of the purchase price if you complain within 10 days. They offered to give me $50 as compensation for an arrangement that cost me $160.00! After much arguing, during which I was told the whole thing was my fault because I hadnt immediately asked them to replace the arrangement ("Excuse me, folks, we have to hold the funeral for a couple of hours while this wreath is replaced ..." Right.), I settled for half the price. It just wasnt worth raising my blood pressure. But please take my advice and do not order from this florist!

Horrible service. They operate through 1800flowers. The flowers received looked nothing like the picture. In fact, flowers that werent even apart of the bouquet were in there and none of the flowers that were supposed to be there. They failed to answer the phone when we tried to file a complaint. Please if you value your money, do not use. Ever. 200$ gone and nary a reply from the florist

I have used A Heavenly Florist for 4 or 5 years now; 3 or 4 times a year. I have never received anything but fantastic service. All my flowers have been through walk-in. I would give 5 stars but for the price. They seems a little high but they always come through with very good product.

I put in an order a week before Valentines Day and even called a couple days before to make sure it would be delivered on time. The flowers were never delivered. I was offered a refund but my Valentine still came up short. I wouldnt use again and I would advise others to look elsewhere.

Ive used these folks a couple of times and will continue to do so. The flowers they deliver are fresh and what you order. They work with you on price. The folks that answer the phone are not the best with English but friendly and accommodating. They deliver when they promise.
