I gave a 3 rating, and not a 2, only because the end result was okay. However, I found the staff to be impersonal. I entered the store and all the staff were about their own business, no one asked me a question until I mentioned to a female staff member my purpose for being there and she provided polite and prompt service. Then it was time to install my battery. The young man, from whom I had sought advice on the phone about the type of battery I needed, was pleasant but obviously not motivated by the job and I felt very uneasy about his ability to install the battery correctly. Finally a passer-by stopped to help him and eventually took over. The passer-by was much more proficient. Imagine the employee dropping a part into the engine and telling me not to worry, its not a necessary part. The passer-by went to his car and got a magnetic rod and retrieved the dropped part, and it was necessary to stabilize the battery. This is the first time someone outside of the dealership did any work on my car, and it might very well be the last time. It was a very distressing experience and I hope I dont regret it later.

Had a great experience at this store. They were very professional and helpful expecially one of the staff called emmanuel. He can out in the freezing cold to help with my battery and help check the other items i needed for my car. He was very professional,helpful and patience. The store has a huge variety of items so i was able to get all i needed at one store. Now am back on the road with no issue with my car.

If I could give absolutely no stars I would. The woman who worked on my vehicle was clueless about how to install a battery and enlisted the help of a CIGARETTE SMOKING PEDESTRIAN TO WORK ON MY VEHICLE! Then persisted to get on the phone with a friend and laugh while the man was working on my car. I will NEVER go there again. They are incompetent and horrible customer service representatives.

Some employees are very unprofessional and my visit was terrible. I went to get oil for my car and spent more than 30minutes. I end up to cancel the order.
