Consistently the worst Auto Zone location Ive ever been to. There are usually 5+ people working there but only one person on the cash register. The rest seem to just wander around talking to each other. No one really seems to know anything about cars. And the managers flat out ignore both the customers and their employees. The people working the cash register tend to be nice at least.

Good customer service but The ppl there dont know what half the stuff they sale is...their product knowledge is really low. Not complaining but its just annoying when u cant get help finding something in store or cant get questions answered...they should just have a kiosk because Google is the only one who helps me in there

I have been there a couple of times, there are like 5-6 people who never helps and are mostly sleepy or just ignorant, they need a new set of staff
