Cant even install a car battery properly. The employee looked lost to begin with and I was going to ask someone to verify his work but trusted that he was going to do it right...nope. My car didnt start at all, not a budge. Then he went inside to see if a part fell off my old battery. Well they gave me a battery that was from 2012...the second one was old too. Unacceptable. I ended up getting my original battery that was partially working installed back in. Wasted over an hour and a half while they played around with installing a battery. Last time Ill be going here for anything

Worst service ever. They need Disney to revamp there customer service in this place. I come up to the register young mild skin African American woman was so nasty and unapproachable I didnt even want to shop there any more.One thing to remember in customer service or retail I have a choice where I spend my money and I definitely shouldnt have to deal with someone like that when in the big scheme of things Im paying her salary by purchasing parts. Please remember I didnt fill out the application you did.

Terrible service. And they tried to rip me off to reset my check engine light ,that I could of done my self if they had loaned me the tools like every other autozone does by holding my ID but instead they attempt to get money out of customers for a service that should be free.

The guy Marlon is rude, crazy, yells at customers when they dont understand something, but will then turn around and tell people that he personally works on cars. He will mess your car up and then charge you for it!!

This is a standard autozone. Oil, filters, car care products, etc. I had friendly service while here.

Too many people hangout in front of store, doesnt feel safe
