Reserved parts online, 10% off, get to store, no discount. Lied to me and told me that I got a discount, which I didnt get--had to compare my emailed reservation with the receipt I got at the store. Active military, no discount any more. Told me parts would be here such-and-such date, paid for them in cash in advance, not even close to here by that date. Wanted cash refund since I paid in cash, they refused to give cash refund and would only put it on a credit card. Unbelievable. What happened to these people? Ive bought lots of stuff at this store on other occasions. Horrible experience--avoid this place and go somewhere else.
