Auto Zone has always being a place I shop at. I stopped at this location just to grab something I needed. I guess because I am black person with an accent I was yelled by the parts manager whose name is Ms. Vernell Baker. She was very disrespectful rude, no sense of customer service. Its really hard to see that a so called manager behaved as if I dont exist in a place that should have the best customer service as she deals with people on a daily basis.

Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff with little sense of customer service. Takes forever to check out even when there are very few customers in the store. Some employees seem to be high on drugs and dont know anything about where their own products are located, let alone about anything automotive. To top it all off, last time I was in there I was sold a defective product.

placed an order online for same day pickup and it wasnt in the store as posted on the website. I received some excuse saying that the one I bought was purchased in store after my order was placed and it wasnt noted in the system. extremely unprofessional, will not go back to this store again.

Dont let those people tell you that garbage... Ive been going here for my cars needs since I moved to the area and never was staff discourteous or anything... a little short staffed sometimes, but they always handle my biz when I get there... Ive been to discourteous stores but this one aint it.

Good store. Not too crowded. Customer service is good. Dont have a good selection. But definitely my go to place for generic parts.
