I ordered a car battery online to be picked up in store and installed. I had Dasherre to help me. She was very efficient and professional. She checked my existing battery to be sure it needed to be replaced. Installation process was not as straightforward but she was patient and worked through all the challenge to get the job done. She has been there for 13 years and very experienced professional. I was very happy with the product and service. Thank you.

The service here is second to none and these guys will go out of their way to give you a hand. I drive out of my way to purchase from them! Theyve tested batteries, explained headlight issues, and helped explain the mechanics behind them. Ive seen them replace bulbs for people, even taking apart taillights, etc. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I wish all AAP were like this one!

Excellent service on any trip Ive ever made to this store and Ive had many.. Knowledgeable service reps and always willing to assist. As much as I do not like dealing with "car issues", its nice knowing a place like this exists to ease some of the stress. I had a battery installed...in and out in less than 20 mins.

I was having Alternator/Battery problems. These folks charged my battery, and performed an analysis on my alternator at no charge. I bought my alternator there of course, but there was no pressure at all. These folks really put customer service at the top of their list. Im going back for future auto parts needs.

They are knowledgeable when they are staffed. Most times lines are going up the aisle. One on register and one helping others. One was just set on getting inventory done. This is a busy location. Clearly could use more staff.
