My car was not drivable because my battery had so much coronation.. The bolt that holds it down was so burnt with acid it couldnt come off..Keith had the best customer service EVER.. he did everything.. he finally called a local mechanic friend , who got it off. ... I am so grateful for him and his customer service.. after buying battery I felt obligated to tip him he wouldnt take it... if you ever need help with auto parts go see this Auto zone!! They are absolutely the best I sat there for a hour and all of the staff are professional... who ever is regional manager for this store please let them know how good they are. Desiree Maddox

The staff really take the time to help you with whatever you came in for. They will break it down for you, tell you of any alternatives, and recommend other services you may need based on what you have told them. My favorite person (and many others) is Milton. They go up and beyond in customer service but Milton always takes it one step further. No matter the weather, if you need a battery check or dont know which fuse you need, he is always happily ready to go and personally check it for you. The prices may be a dollar more expensive than Advance Auto but the service is so worth it.

In and out fast, staff is slim at all of these types of places(retail) this is capitalism the world of endless profits! People probably cost pennies by comparison but humans continue to be exploited this way as needs are met by money, money is gained by a j.o.b (just over broke). But with that said the past to days theyve had minimal wait and get me on my way pretty quick of course I went in knowing what I wanted. Dont expect a mechanic or someone with that degree of knowledge (Theyd then charge $75/hr lol).

So I called into this story at 9:28PM on Monday May 2nd and asked if I could come into the store to purchase some windshield wipers and have them put on. Because it was raining, the guy that answered the phone stated they do not put on wiper blades in the rain. Autozone is an auto service facility. You all need to provide your employees with ponchos or something to install wiper blades in the rain. I believe that its a pathetic business move for autozone to not install wiper blades in the rain.

Went to advance auto to check my battery. They said it was fine just needed to be charged but because i didnt buy it there they refused to charge it. Took my brother with me to autozone they checked the same battery and said it was bad thats why it couldnt be charged. Guess who got the sale for a new battery. Autozone got tge sale cause they took the next step to at least try to charge my battery. Customer service at autozone is great they had no problem helping with the car

Not helpful very rude and will not be going back and all I needed is some codes cleared because my cars gas cap got left open and the engine light came on and they told me they work do reckless work and I told them it was ok to do and they told me to go to advanced auto they do reckless work and guess what it got done and I had no problems afterwards I guess when you dont no much about cars you end up at auto zone.
