The service team there was friendly and seemed to genuinely care. I hit a large pot hole in Queen Annes county and was towed to this dealership. The type of tire on my newer model Kia was not in stock. They gave me a few options and had my car ready to go, along with an oil change I added on to the service, by 9:30am the next morning. I was able to return my rental car and make it to the event I had to attend on there on the Shore without any additional headache. Thanks team!!

Military Members beware. This is the Worse Dealership I have dealt with in a long time.They will say anything to get you to the dealership then will not honor the deal thru USAA car buying Service. I have bought from Hertrich in Newark but these people are giving Hertrich a bad name. I will never look inside another Hertrich business again, even if they were the last dealership on earth.

Im always impressed with them. Theyre pleasant, helpful and accurate in assessing a service problem and addressing it. I even enjoyed buying my Kia Sorrento in the first place! Very happy to have them in the neighborhood. :-)
