If I could, Id no star this place. AC had an overpriced Tahoe LT, but I was willing to come from out of state to check it out. The one thing that was attractive about this particular Tahoe was that it had upgraded wheels and tires with a good amount of tread life. The wheels and tires looked pretty awesome, but AC marked it up over $3K, still a bunch of miles on the engine for a two yr old vehicle. When I called, I was told that it was available but a couple of days notice was required to get the vehicle ready since the boss was using it day to day. "The boss gets to drive whatever he wants." Needless to say, I found other deals worth while to go check out. No way Id want to buy a vehicle that the boss is joy riding and using as a personal vehicle. BAD FOR BUSINESS. No sour grapes here, just want others to be aware and pay attention to the history reports (highly recommended) and the mileage reported when the vehicle was bought by the dealership.

I had a very positive experience purchasing from Auto Connection. I did quite a lot of research beforehand and drove up from Baltimore to Lancaster to look at the Mercedes GLK I was interested in. Jeremy and Hans who man the shop are professional and courteous – from the moment I walked in I felt low pressure and a kind of directness and transparency not often encountered in typical dealerships. They are a "no-haggle" business, offering a fair price for a carefully selected inventory. Still, I was able to negotiate some consideration on the price based on a few flaws I knew I would need to correct. Also, though I arrived pre-approved with an auto loan at a good interest rate, they were able to call their lender contacts and beat my price! Unexpectedly, there was an enterprise dealership just down the road who picked up my rental and within a couple hours I was on the road home in my gorgeous new ride. First of all I am in the Transportation business and know how dealerships work. I know the games... Auto Connection was the best buying experience I have had in my 37 years of buying cars. I am extremely picky about cars and have high standards for condition. I always wait for surprises like hidden fees, and items not included in the price.The fees were negligible and fair and lower than others I inquired about. Jeremy got me financing and I was out the door in about an hour with a BMW priced below market. I took the car to my BMW mechanic and he said the car was in perfect condition with no hidden problems. My new go to dealer.

I was looking for a replacement for my ailing SUV. Contacted Jeremy about what I was looking for and he looked around for what I had in mind...could only find in Florida...too far. So he worked with me to get me into another vehicle he had on the lot which was even better...for less than what we could find elsewhere! I was pretty picky about a few items (even though you expect some wear/tear on 48K mile car) and he took care of everything 100%...the tech guy even found a creative solution for the tow hitch I wanted. Best car buying experience I have had in 30+ years of driving. Will buy future cars from ACL and Jeremy.

Salesman was nice however there are two (2) complaints. They said Kelley Blue Book price is what they would give me, the trade was below Kelley Blue Book..Thats my fault, did not do my homework . I took them for their word. I would have just kept the car.The vehicle i bought went to dealer for repairs a week later.. Check engine light went on and upon diagnostic testing, 9 sensor modulars were bad. You shouldnt have to go through this when buying your dream car. Doesnt matter if i have a warranty or not...it should be a clean car for the money. Very disappointed.

3k over market valve on EXCELLENT condition KBB. So youre paying for the lift wheels and tires. If you want a lifted truck with everything done, then go for it but check market value because some vehicles are overpriced for the amount of miles they have on them. You could get a truck not lifted with less miles, pay less, install lift wheels and tires and be up in the same price range as the one that is already done but with more miles. Im am currently doing that with my 2015 Z71 1500.I think anyone can agree some prices they ask for are rediculous.

I usually dont like the car buying experience from most dealerships and car sales lots but Auto Connection of Lancaster was great to deal with. No pressure, Jeremy and Hans both answered all my questions, and let me take it out for a spin. It was not a hassle at all. I went home to think about it and decided to clean out my trade in and was back in an hour to purchase my 2011 Buick Regal. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a car, truck or SUV.

Experience that we had today at auto connections in Lancaster purchasing our jeep was phenomenal. Jeremy did a great job on getting us approved getting everything taken care of.
