The most important part of my experience was the young man, Blake, who met us on the parking lot. We were really just tire kicking and had no intention to do anything but look that day. However, Blake was very tactful in inquiring about our needs and desires. Never once did he use any pressure or try to push us one direction or another. We had thought about leasing and when Blake brought that up as a possibility it changed our perspective along with his no pressure style. He took time to learn our likes and dislikes. At the time we were renting a Malibu from Enterprise and liked its performance. So Blake helped us choose our color and options. We chose to wait for one that was to be delivered soon and were so surprised with all the extras that we hadnt even thought about. Blake was very concerned about meeting our needs and desires. Ive stalled on looking for a car because I dreaded the high pressure that is often displayed on a car lot. Blake is very professional and personable. Our experience couldnt have been more pleasant including finance department but especially the excellent salesman, Blake. I rate him at a definite 10!

I wanted a 2012 Chevy Silverado that Faulkner had in stock. Since I am not local to the Lancaster area, I wanted to negotiate the purchase price before visiting the dealership. The purchase negotiation was done completely by e mail in a very timely and professional manner by dealing with Keith High. When I visited the dealership to test drive the already cleaned Silverado, I was met outside by Mike Root. He explained the features and handed me the keys for a test drive. Mike was knowledgeable and very down to earth making the experience all the more pleasurable. Mike Strohmetz introduced himself to me with a smile and firm handshake, shared a few personal experiences and explained all the paperwork I was to sign. While the paperwork prep time was a bit long, Mike Root walked me around the dealership, showed me where to get coffee and made the time passage appear less than it was. I have purchased many new cars in the past 40 years, and this was the most pleasant experience I have encountered. I was treated better than a customer and more like a member of the Faulkner family.

I visited the Faulker showroom after visiting the website and speaking with salesman Terry Kauffman over the phone. My experience with all staff including other salesmen, the General Manager, Michael, and Financial Specialist, Jeff, was warm and welcoming. I had just experienced my first car accident (hence the visit to the showroom) and was still a bit unsteady from that experience. The Managers at Faulkner could not have been more understanding and even made additional arrangements on my behalf so that I could drive away with my vehicle that day. I do want to thank the Financial Specialist, Jeff, who patiently explained all options and contract details until I understood them. I am extremely happy I took the ride and got my new car from faulkner chevy. To be honest I had been looking all day the other company I went to held me up they didnt want to work with me. They didnt even call to confirm. Jay from faulkner had contacting me all weekend and confirmed with me earlier this morning. I truly got a great deal on a fabulous car. I got a 2008 ford edge with only 67k. The other company wanted 12k for a 07 ford edge with 76k and 11k for an 08 awd and less feature and the ride wasnt smooth. Not at faulkner though I was greeted with a smile. The car was ready to be presented although I did end up outside of my choice in budget for my payment the car is like new. The service was great you should all go and have a look.

Bought a nice looking 2004 tahoe, I will say it was sold as is, had the vehicle exactly 1 week and drove it less than 500 miles when it wont start. I call my friendly salesman and he says to put gas in it that maybe the gas gauge is wrong, it says 1/4 tank but he insists but also reminds me it is as is and they will be of no assistance with any issues. I put about 1 1/2 gallons in it and it starts right up. Wonder why he insisted on that and not injectors, guess they already knew. Wheres the loyalty and customer service after someone pays you over $9,000 cash for a vehicle. Will be buying a newer tahoe in a couple of years but it wont be from any faulkner dealerships and i will not recommend them to anyone.

We bought a used vehicle 6/23/16 and we live out of state. Love the vehicle but the customer service is ridiculous. Called to cancel an extended warranty coverage plan we purchased included in the loan documents one day after signing the original loan papers ( 6/24/16) to get the monies forwarded to the bank. Its been over one month (7/25/16) since we signed the loan documents and after several email attempts to the sales rep and Manager of finance dept. no one can tell us where we are at with the cancellation process, no follow up. Just ignoring my emails. Has the money been sent to the bank or what? What is the hold up Faulkner Chevrolet??? This is so unprofessional and unacceptable.

We are leasing a Bolt and plan to buy after the lease is up! It is great! We love the fact that we have not bought any gas so far for the car and the it uses so little electric for running around the city. We plug it in at night and off we go again the next day. Since we have solar panels on the house- it costs us nothing to run the run daily. The sales people and staff at Faulkner were great and have made us a believer in the American auto industry again. Polite, concerned about us and out needs, and willing to help us through things are among a few of their services. Thanks again Faulkner,

Thought I had a deal worked out on a truck. They told me that they needed a deposit to get the truck to their car lot so I went right after work to give them the deposit and then all of sudden the salesman had the wrong truck that they were working on and then the sales manager came out and told me that they needed another 1700 to get the truck that I picked out on Tuesday hmm how convenient. Not a total rip-off stay away. And not even two months ago I paid 1200 on my truck at their service department

Dewayne was awesome from start to finish. We had done our research, and knew which vehicle we wanted. Dewayne got us into that vehicle, despite some credit obstacles, at a reasonable payment. I brought my Corvette in for recall work. I dropped the car off and was taken home on the dealership shuttle. Later in the afternoon when the work was completed, Greg called. They came, picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. It was as painless a car repair experience as one can imagine. As before, everyone I had contact with was friendly, efficient, and thoroughly professional. Again, a great experience.
