I just purchased a 2017 Prius from Koons Easton Toyota! I had a great experience! Saleswoman Ty Wongus was very knowledge on Prius, very nice and not rushed. Loren Mayr (business Mgr) was very pleasant, could answer all question and not rushed. Marcus Carpenter (sales/inventory Mgr, also great personality, knew Prius and its parts well. J. T. Thompson Sr. (General Mgr) was very nice also and not rushed. He allowed me to feel at home there and made me feel at home. J. T. set up a great Koons WOW price! Thank you J. T. and your staff (which I mentioned above) Thank you Koons Easton Toyota! I had a great Koons WOW experience! I am so happy with this great 2017 Prius, lots of features in this trim line 2 model. Plus its posted avg mpg is 52, its city is 54 mpg and 50 hwy. Wow I love it! Thank you! They all worked with and for me at Koons Easton Toyota Today is June 26 and now I have used 3/4 tank of gas, driven 532 miles and have 1/4 tank of gas to go! I am averaging 67 mpg! This PRIUS 2017 from Koons Easton Toyota is GREAT! I am so happy with my Prius and Koons Easton Toyota? Ty Wongus (sales), J.T.Thompson Sr. (GM) are great! I am so thankful for this 2017 Prius! My Prius, is very comfortable, room for 5, larger 1.8 motor, this generation Hybrid accelerates great (when you need or want), beautiful interior! Just a great car ! thank you Today is now July 1, 2017 and I have an exceptional update: Toyota Prius-excitement! The fuel indicator was down to 1/8 remaining fuel.I went to a Shell gas station to refuel my first tank of gas. Now my true, actual Prius usage experience on how far I could go on one tank is being realized. This Koons Easton Toyota 2017 Prius has an 11 gallons tank. To my surprise my Prius filled up on only 9.5 gallons! That meant I still had 1.5 gallons of fuel I could have driven on. The trip odometer says I drove 602.9 miles . My gas receipt says I drove that on 9.5 gallons of fuel. The receipt and fill up is on the evening of 6-28-2017. The regular fuel cost was $2.05 per gallon, I filled it with 9.5 gallons for $19.53.This is my first refueling since purchase from Koons Easton Toyota.I am so excited, I drove almost the entire month, which was 602.9 miles and that 9.5 gallons fill up was only $19.53. This 2017 Toyota Prius is so amazing, it exceeded my expectations! Most of this was done with ac on and cabinet temp set for 71 degrees. Thank you J. T. Thompson Sr. (General Manager) at Koons Easton Toyota! This 2017 Prius has been a great science experiment (track data, document data) ! average Mpg is 68 mpg!

I just took delivery on a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Double Cab 4X4 in Magnetic Gray from Koons Toyota Easton and I couldnt be more please with the experience! The price was good, but the sales staff is what really puts them above all other dealers in the areas. I have never considered car buying to be a fun experience and until I contacted the folks at Koons I was rather frustrated with other dealerships and searching online inventories for the exact truck that I wanted. The truck color/trim/package combo that I wanted wasnt on the lot (and rather hard to keep on any lot due to demand), but the Koons staff took over my failed efforts and was able to put me in the drivers seat of exactly what I wanted. The prompt and consistent communication from Todd Hardeman (Sales) was above and beyond what I expected. We exchanged emails as late as 1:00-2:00 in the morning and I dont think it ever took longer than a hour for him to return an email. He answered all of my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the purchase process. Marcus Carpenter (Sales Manager) helped me get considerably more money for my trade and found the exact truck that I was looking for from in bound stock going to another dealership (along with a few other customers looking for similar trucks that week). About a week later my new truck was delivered to Koons Easton and I couldnt be more happy driving off the lot. Koons wasnt the first dealership that I went to when I started searching for my new Tacoma, but I sure wish that it was. They have a no pressure approach to selling vehicles; however, it was clearly evident that they wanted my business and they certainly EARNED it. They arent looking to just sell you any vehicle; they are looking to sell you YOUR vehicle. I was asked several times, "is this EXACTLY what you want? Are you sure?" They werent going to settle for me settling on something that I didnt truly want. Bottom line, I am completely satisfied with my new Tacoma, the price and the overall experience at Koons. I own three Toyotas and will continue to only own Toyotas, but now I know exactly where I am buying my future Toyota vehicles. They have earned my business at Koons Easton and I WILL be back again! By the way, my new Tacoma is AWESOME!!! Thank you, Koons!

This was by far the WORST car buying experience I have ever had. Let me start by saying our sales guy Will was terrific! This poor guy was very new and the people that were training him were not good mentors. For example the Manager Vito, he was extremely rude, arrogant, obnoxious, a bully and an overall complete ass. My son did pick out a car that he loved. After a long exhausting day, we finally were done with all paperwork and was ready to flee the dealer. We said goodbye to our sales guy Will and were ½ way home when I get a call saying they forgot to put tags on the car. We turn around go back and they put tags on and off again we went. We almost get home and realize we’re completely on E. There was NO gas in the car! How do you let someone buy a car and not have it filled with gas? Any way, we get gas and we’re finally home. I then get another call from the dealer saying we needed to come back RIGHT AWAY because all the paperwork we signed for the Kia was not for the Kia….. it was for a Scion. They had us sign a contract for the wrong effin car. I about had it! My blood was boiling at this point. I told them I’m not coming back tonight and that I would come in a few days when I get back into town. (Btw, I was harassed several times a day for days re: that paperwork) Anyway, that evening my son was charging his iphone in his new car and it totally fried his phone. Like done, fried ruined. The dealer said “Oh Kia’s need a special adapter for iphones” Why the F wouldn’t you tell your buyer that when you purchased the car? So, we leave with no tags, an empty tank of gas, they have us sign the wrong paperwork, I get harassed cause of it and my sons iphone got fried. What a WONDERFUL experience. The manager Vito later called me because he still needed me to sign the “RIGHT” paperwork and acted like he didn’t know any of our problems/issues was going on and basically lied. Well, Vito you suck as a manager if you don’t know what’s going on in your own dealership that you supposedly manage. In a nut shell, do NOT deal with this crooked, rude, bullying, incompetent, disorganized dealership. In the end our sales guy was only authorized to give us 2 $10.00 gas cards. To this day, we’re still waiting on the so called car charger adapter.
