The dealership seems great, until you run into an issue with your car. I purchased a lemon from Hertrich and awhile they did not have me sign a lemon law contract (which is illegal, mind you). They also made an "effort" to get me into a different car and said they were doing me a favor. Whew, big mistake. I should have never purchased from Hertrich from the get go, and will never do business with them again and will ensure that none of my friends and family waste their time here either. Long story short I purchased an escape from hertrich, each month for three months it was in the shop for this repair and that repair until the final one was the throttle body. Stuck on the middle of rt 50 without having a working gas pedal? Yep, I freaked out. Sure, this is perhaps no fault of the dealership but they did nothing but tell me Id have to pay 800 for a new throttle body, this fee that fee and the other. Needless to say I no longer felt safe in that vehicle and since it was a lemon, I wanted out. Hertrich told me I couldnt go to any other dealership because of my lemon ( a LIE) so I put on my fake smile and looked at other options that Hertrich had available. I ended up getting a 2012 ford Fusion which I didnt like at all (for what I was going to have to pay for it anyway). Overall Hertrich ran my credit 30 times within a weeks period of me purchasing this car because they kept saying they were looking for a better interest rate (after I had already finalized everything and had the car, knew what my payment would be, etc.) My credit score got hosed from this, and I had to go back into the dealership 3-4 times to resign paperwork. I went back to this dealership two weeks ago to cancel my policy for my extended warranty and gap insurance as I was pleased to go do business elsewhere and finally purchase a car that I wanted, not one that I was being forced into.

Finally a car place that can answer the simple question "How much does this truck cost?" We love "no haggle" pricing. Fast and up front. Mike Elliot was honest and diligent with every one of our questions. Doug Mummert is happy to explain their position and do whatever is within his power to do. Vince is a nice guy that gets the job done with no shenanigans. The finance guys were right there and didnt try any of the "good cop- bad cop" runaround that we have wasted days of our time with at several other Salisbury dealerships. We found a truck we liked, reached a fair deal, took a break to research it and attended a social obligation, went back test drove it, and bought it in less than 10 hours. It took me 3 months to buy my last car. Finally, when we went to finalise the paperwork, all of our numbers matched. No upselling and add-ons or mystery fees. First time I have ever left a dealership with or without buying anything, not feeling slimed upon or totally ripped off.

This was the BEST experience Ive ever had at a dealership! I intitially went into Hetrich over an inquiry about the mailer i received. I had no intentions on leaving the lot with a brand new Ford Focus. Richie Shive, Bruce and Dave are miracle workers! They never forced my hand, they answered every question I could possibly think of, and they made me feel comfortable with trading in my current vehicle. They offered me above market value for my vehicle, and then they made sure my payments were realistic for my lifestyle. These guys werent sales people, they were REAL people. Having conversations about career aspirations and family dynamics while I test drove the vehicle were really genuine. I can go on about my experience at Hertrich, but you have to see it to believe it. If youre in close proximity and youre looking for a new vehicle, or even if you have an inquiry, just stop by, you wont regret it!

If you value your time, money and vehicle do not buy nor have your vehicle serviced here, They are way overpriced, take too long to perform service and do not care about you or your inconvenience. Some Ford vehicles have an extremely bad engine design. Ford knows this but they take no responsibility and dont care that it cost owners $809.92. to have spark plugs and boots changed. After working with Ford for over a month and a half all we heard from them was yes, its expensive, yes we know its a bad design, but thats just the cost of maintaining a Ford.

Bought a new Ford Escape from Hertrich Ford of Easton. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. The salesman, Richard Shive, was knowledgeable, professional and patient. Found the exact make, model and color I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership overnight. Even gave me a fair price for my trade in. Vince handled all the paperwork quickly and efficiently. Love that they have a large monitor on the wall so you can see EVERY detail of the transaction. I highly recommend the team at Hertrich Ford.

I had an awesome buying experience here with Rich and Doug. I was looking to trade in for a smaller SUV, and they took the time to make sure I found the car I wanted. I ended up with a 2013 Honda CR-V that I love! They stayed late at the dealership in order to get me the best deal possible and even worked the next day AFTER the deal was already done to get me an even lower rate. This dealership rocks.
