I got my nose piercing done by this shop approximately a year ago. The first time I got in there, the bald-headed guy with the small beard said that they only accept cash. I thought that was strange (This shop is in the mall, and you only accept cash in the year 2016- Thats ridiculous). During the process of the nose piercing, the same guy was very professional and was patient with my fear of piercing. The procedure was pretty sterile. They did not sell any cleaning products for piercing. I went home and about a week later, the piercing came out. I discovered that the nose piercing was too loose. I went to the same guy again and he re-inserted my nose pierce with minimum charge. Two weeks later, it came off and it was loose again. I came back a third time, and the same guy brushed me off and said, I had to pay the full price if I wanted him to re-insert again. He also replied that he got other customers to attend too. I dont know why he said that noting that there was only one customer. I had to buy straight bone nose piercings to maintain the hole in my nose. This was very upsetting and frustrating for me as the customer. Clean store, but very poor customer service. I thought to myself, why should I pay again for your mistake in not tightening my nose piercing. That same guy was rude and I will never come back to this shop again for piercings!

They had a really good artist who did my cover up with color for a decent price and great artwork but the white trash that I encountered as a returning customer just left me speechless with regret. Whatever you do, do so in writing. They will have you sign the form and put down a deposit but NO WHERE on this form is it stated that if you decide not to get that tattoo your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. Nor does it state that the argumentative staff will accuse you of not informing them in a timely fashion that you were canceling your session- though their listed public phone number is out of service. I was yelled at by Brian the one I was supposed to be tattooed by and his burly co-worker that informed me he was the owners brother. I left so appalled at the ugliness and them being located in Forestville Mall treated me like some ghetto hoodrat but Im well educated from Suburban Virginia. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Awesome shop!!! I have had piercings and tattoos done here and Ill never go anywhere else. The shop is clean and organized and everyone there is amazing. I drive over 2hours to get here and its worth it!!! I love the guys at Tragic Magic!!

Was having a good time with the artist Brian until he misspelled my tattoo after I checked with and wrote it on paper readable, he offered to let it fade then come back to get it fixed and some free shading but I never went back
