I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. I recently took my bike in for some work to be gone on it. They promised it would take a weeks time to get the part in and ready for me to pickup. So one week goes by and no email, phone call, smoke signals, nothing. I call them and all they said was the part wasnt ordered, and that it "slipped through the cracks". No "Im sorry for the inconvenience" or anything of that nature. They said well have it to you in three days. Three days go by nothing... Finally on the fourth day I called and they said the bike was ready for pickup and to come in at anytime. Went in to get the bike, no "Im sorry this happened, this doesnt usually happen", nothing. Just wanted my money and that was it. Im a pretty reasonable person - things happen, I get it. But the key is what do you do about it to resolve to situation as best as possible for your customer. Im not looking for a handout or some sort or special treatment but a simple "Im sorry, it was our fault" would have sufficed. Obviously this place is incompetent, arrogant, and have no sense of service or a wanting of a return customer-base. I was hoping to have a good bike shop near by but seems like Ill be making the extra hike to Germantown and Rockville for all my bike needs. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Buyers and customers beware.

We were first introduced the All American Bicycle Center via our initial meeting with the Mini Cow Tri Club with whom our daughters participate. Matt, the owner, and his staff were available, knowledgeable and ready to assist us. Recently, we experienced a mishap with several of our bikes and which were in need of repair. I asked Matt if he could first repair my daughters bike that she uses for MCTC and he graciously agreed to repair it very quickly. I heard back from AABC within a day to pick up my daughters bike. After taking it home my daughter tried to ride her bike and the chain came off and I could not put it back. So, I called Matt at AABC after hours and he was so apologetic and said to bring it back in the next day. I went to the store and Matt quickly greeted me and drop what he was doing to begin fixing the bike. He had to mend a piece that was bent and do a safety check. Even though the bent piece was caused by our mishap, Matt said there was no charge because I had to bring the bike back to the store. I highly recommend AABC because of their professionalism and dedication to do and get the "job right" for their customers.

I brought my bike in for service and pleased at how thoroughly they looked the bike over before suggesting what service was needed and why. Other shops I have been to were quick to tell me I needed a full tune up without any explanation. I happily received a phone call 2 days later, 5 days before the bike was due to be finished, telling me the repairs were complete. Overall the repair staff was friendly and thorough. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

Bought my Trek Domane 4.3 from Matt and I have to say that the customer service and knowledge at All American is first class. Forget Revolution and Performance these guys are only looking for $$$$ and could care less about finding out what is the best bike for you. The fitting was awesome and I am a happy camper!

I bought a bike at All American Bicycle Center today. Glad I made the trip down from Frederick. Everyone was very knowledgeable and customer service orientated. I was able to ride several bikes and had no pressure at all from the staff to make a purchase. Over all it was a great experience. Thanks

Im in town in Maryland visiting for the day and I had to get some brakes adjusted on my 2017 Domane SL6 Pro. Bicycle mechanic Keith helped me right away and taught me how to adjust the brakes on my own if I ever do need to. Quick and easy stop in. Thanks again!

Matt is awesome, he has always been forward with what need to be fixed and takes responsibility on faulty parts. My computer was over a year old but I rarely rode the bike. He preplaced the computer with a new one no charge. I strongly recommend them.

Ive know Matt for probably 15 years, both as a customer, rider on Sunday training rides, and as his chiropractor. Hes a first-class individual...he personifies integrity and competence. His shop and his staff are always going to be reflections of that.

They literally laughed at the bikes that I brought in for repair. Then they were incompetent in ringing up the sale. It took two people 15 minutes to figure out a $30 transaction. Do not support these people. Take your business elsewhere.
