OK, I love sweets and baked goods and krispy kream (sp) donuts as much as anyone; even more so but folks, this just is not fair! I found this place by accident (thanks for turning right instead of left) so thought I would just stop in. $50 later I left with: banana bread, bread pudding, home made cherry pie, rum buns, and the best, best, bestest cruller donuts you will ever taste in your life. That is if you can keep from cramming one in your mouth befiore you get to the car and feeling the lighest, airyiest (yes that is a word from now on) donut. It did not even feel like I had put anything in my mouth it was so light. I did have a few other items like bird food, canned goods, etc. but I will never forget those crullers and on my death bed may ask someone to go get me 6. I only bought two and had to fight myself all the way back to Fairfax not to eat them both within 1/2 mile of the market. These ladies know how to bake and I love them for it but my hips do not Life is too short to say NO to something this good. Yes, the other items were just as good but OMG, I cant wait to get back for more crullers. Oh, and the people (workers and customers) were so nice. Im cannot wait to get back there ASAP. Save me some donuts, its a long drive from Fairfax but worth it.

Okay, so Im sorta a healthy-eating person and who doesnt like farm-fresh ingredients?? Ive been here a few times before and trust me, I do appreciate their fresh offerings. I just dont understand why I dont come more often....well of course they are more expensive than a traditional grocery store and I certainly understand why. I also like the add-on bakery on the other side of the store. Although Ive never had any of their baked goods, I hear tell its pretty good. I cant wait to try their infamous home-churned ice cream!!! I believe they also offer discounts on certain days for government employees. Certainly worth a visit or two. Youll probably leave out with more than you planned to buy. But thats okay, you wont leave disappointed.

This is our go-to place for fresh vegetables year-round. It is not a farmers market with many vendors - it is a family owned market for vegetables, jellies, jams, preserves, milk, eggs, spices in quantity, pumpkins in the fall, flowers and vegetable plants for planting in the garden in the spring and early summer, and lovely hanging baskets. The ice cream stand and bakery (ah! the bakery) are worth the trip. They have pies and cakes and tea breads, a sugar-free selection on a special rack, and cider donuts (if you get there early) as well as other choices. Its not fancy - its functional, and the staff is always friendly.

With 4 seperate sections-- grocery part, walk up American finger foods counter (half smokes, hot dogs, etc.), outdoor seasonal pick your own areas and then the desert section gives variety on this clever farm. One of the top places to take out of town guest. The soft serve vanilla ice-cream is a hit, and the barbeque pulled pork is plentiful and delicious. The fact that it is at a farm makes me admire the family for sticking with it. The actual grocery side is a little high on prices and lacks quality but I will continue to support this local business each time Im in the area.

All I can say is wow! We were looking for help organizing some goodies long distance to a friend in the hospital and Shelley could not have been more sweet or helpful. In addition, all the treats (cookies, fruit, trail mix, lemonade, muffins, pretzels and much more) received rave reviews and gave us major brownie points. This place certainly isnt hurting for a good rating but you should all know their kindness goes beyond what I can express via stars. Thank you from Chicago!

Even though this isnt a great farmers market it still isnt bad, especially for the area. This is one of the few local places where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables that are grown locally. The bakery is the probably the best part of the market for there variety of different baked goods. The donuts are the highlights and if interested be sure to try the Apple Cider (what there known for), Blueberry Crumb, Raisin French Apple Pie, and the Rum Cinnamon Roll.

This was my first time and I wasnt impressed. The plants looked shrimpy and dehydrated. Inside, the fruits and vegs looked good, but there werent very many. I didnt see any strawberries to pick. The donuts were the best thing. Ive seen much much better farmers markets, and I wouldnt call this a nursery at all. I think the reason why so many people rated MF highly is b/c its the only local place around. Thats unfortunate.

Their bakery alone makes it worth the trip. The homemade donuts and other confections are a really nice break from the larger chains and their prices are right in line IMO. The produce is good as are the meats, not sure how local it all really is, but they have a few farm plots and growing locations in the area, so surely they are growing plenty of veggies. I have always had good service at this location.

Winter visit. They did not have any local produce since I visited in January. They did have in season citrus and greens and such. They had quite a bit of firewood. They also have a nice selection of old timie stuff for people with a sweet tooth. I picked up some Sous and some smoked turkey necks. I look forward to coming by again when they have local produce available.

My first time there and it was so nice to see locally gtown foods at affordable prices! The ice cream was homemade and fresh, the plums I bought were extra juicy and full of flavor, the home baked cookies were delicious as well! The staff were welcoming and attentive! All around a place I would love to visit on the weekly basis!

Miller Farms is a great year-round farmers market. In addition to all the great produce and cage-free eggs, they also sell meats, cheese, and a wide variety of candy, jams, jellies, and pickles. There is also an attached bakery (very good) and walk-up food counter with hot dogs, burgers, and half smokes.

Most know about Millers Farm fresh fruits and veggies, but incase you dont know, they also carry candies, chocolates, spices, nuts, plants, homemade ice cream, pastries, breads, and so much more. Stop by in late July or August and grab a sweet yellow or orange watermelon. Its delicious.

I enjoy going to Miller Farms to fulfill my desire as a locavore to buy local. The shopping is easy and theres rarely a line. The jams and sauces (some organic) are particularly worth the trip. I also like the assortment of packaged spices and herbs. Youre bound to make a discovery here.

Whether youre looking for fresh produce and local meats, or gardening and landscape supplies, Miller Farms is a place to check out. With fresh bakery items like pies and cookies (so soft!), as well as ice cream and shakes, stop by on a warm summer day - house-made donuts too!

OMG, I love this place for fresh vegetables. They can their own apple butters and candies and an array of other tasty goods. When I learn how to can to my perfection, Ill give them a run for their money. But, I may still buy their goods to make my creations.
