I have an account with fedex and frequently use the location on Baltimore National Pike to ship my prepaid packages. I have been doing business at this location for quite a while and remember when the 2 male employees that handled shipping there were cordial, friendly, and polite unfortunately, some employees are now there who arent quite as polite or friendly. Whenever I go in (several times a week) the manager is never on the floor to monitor the employees interaction with the customers however, I have seen her from time to time and used to see her much more often. I feel it is imperative to have good customer service interactions with loyal and dedicated customers and would like to request that you provide customer service training to your employees to make sure that your customers feel valued. It would also be great to see the manager more regularly so that the employees have someone who is overseeing them at all times. A few weeks ago I came in and was the only customer there and it took all of the employees quite a while to come over and service me as they were all paying attention, commenting and laughing at another employee who was speaking quite loudly on the phone. I just thought someone there should know that the customer is not feeling appreciated or valued.

Not very great. Dont know what the standard is for FedEx stores, but these guys NEVER print stuff by the time you get to the store. Does not matter if they have a few hours to do it or if they tell you on the phone itll be fine by the time you get there, they just dont print it for so its ready when you get there. And I always call because thats what the store reps told me to do. They have no clue and theyve mislead me more than once on the phone. This is problem is so widespread that I cant name a specific employee. For some reason, they all do it. I understand if its policy or something not to print before you get there but theres no need to lie on the phone. Be prepared to repeat instructions, the person who prints for you at the store is never the one to talk to you on the phone. And they NEVER communicate what youve said.

I just want to tell my story. I shipped a package from this office and before it left this office it was stolen/replaced with a random item. Here is the full story: I shipped my friend a very nice gift of handmade items that i bought from Guatemala. The package weighed 2lbs and my receipt proves I paid for 2 lbs, but when it left the office someone changed the weight to 0.8lbs and instead of my friend receiving this nice gift he received a box of latex gloves. I am going through a claim with FedEx but I decided to call the office to tell the manager what happened so as a manager he can have this information and just use it and keep an eye out and fix it, but he was very rude and did not even want to hear my story, if I am being honest he sounded like he was involved in it, but I have no evidence to prove that

I do not recommend this location. I wish I could give them zero stars. The manager, Ana thin lady with short hair had a very rude and cold demeanor. She acts as if she does not want to be bothered by customers and I even witnessed her ignore another customer who repeatedly was asking for her assistance. I went to have a document printed from my flash drive for me to sign and scan back to my flash drive, a very simple task. Another employee printed my documents but had printed on the wrong sized paper. I asked Ana to print the docs again as they were wrongly sized so I can sign and scan them again. She tried to charge me twice for THEIR mistake of incorrectly sizing the documents. Her attitude is horrible. Do not go to this location. The Pikesville location is far better than Catonsville.

Had three of their employees on three separate calls tell us that they could have our order of 400 copies of my Grandfathers funeral program ready on time. We get to their location by the agreed time only to find out that they wouldnt do it. Saying there was not enough time to complete our order on time. If it werent for the fact that our church owns a printer capable of printing the programs wed be stuck with our 500 guests with out our a proper program to celebrate our grandfathers life. Currently printing, stapling and folding 400 programs at midnight.

One of the employees that helped me was friendly. However, the assistant manager (woman with short curly hair) was just rude. You know when you tried to talk to someone who clearly doesnt want to talk to you at all? Thats the vibe she gave me when I first asked her a question. Later when I was checking out, I said "hi, how are you?" and she totally ignored me. Then she started talking to the lady who checked out before me and started a convo with her while checking out for me without saying a single word.

Its ok sometimes depending on how long the line or how crowded it is and how many customers need one on one help. They really need a whole lot more employees to help out on the floor and behind rhe counters. They do have a new male manager its a litrle better but we all know the saying when the cat is away the mouse will play too much playing around and idle conversations among employees.

Was here all in 40min trying to figure out how to print my wedding invitations. Saw only one employee whom didnt offer to help me he just disappeared to the back. Needless to say I walked out and will never return....

This store is not open 24 hours. Its hours are from 6 am to 10 pm most days except perhaps Sunday.
