On March 8, 2015, I dropped off my company van to get a vehicle wrap sign on the back windows. It cost $326 from Sign Expert & Printing LLC. The wrap was designed by both the companys designer and myself. The next day I picked up the van and the signs color was way off on the red colored background. It was orange-pink. The side window signs were also crooked and not straightly aligned. I asked to get it re-done and they agreed after a few calls and follow ups that I made with them in a course of 3 days. On Thursday March 12, 2015, I arrived at the business at 9:50am because my appointment was at 10am. I waited until 10:50 am and no one showed up and the business was still closed. The store hours posted are 10am-6pm. I then left and came back minutes later. As I entered the business at 11:10am, a gentleman named Mr. Syed was sitting at his desk. I told him I was there for my 10am appointment and I had been waiting. Without any apologies, he said they had just gotten there. I immediately said I no longer want to deal with them and asked for a refund due to their lack of professionalism. He refused to give me a refund and pointed at a small sign on the back door that read, "No Refunds." I explained that I got an invoice from them that did not state any terms or conditions nor no refunds. I began to video the heated situation on my phone as he kept making excuses about how the sign got messed up and why they dont give refunds. He offered to do it over and asked me to leave my vehicle for one more day. I told him, that I too had a business to run and dont have the time to leave it again all day. Plus, why would I have them do it again only to have it messed up the 2nd time? As I continued to ask for a refund, he kicked me out of the store. I asked for the owners name and phone number so I can make a formal complaint and he refused to give it. I then called the police to assist me in getting the information. The police came and spoke to both parties. The police then said that this was a civil matter and I can file a complaint with the city and small claims court which I will do as well as filing with the Better Business Bureau. Note: The store claims that its not their fault that their printer didnt print the same colors of the design proof they sent me event though they said it would. They blamed the printer and I, the customer for selecting the design, not themselves. They have no sense of customer satisfaction. No etiquette, very unprofessional and rude. A No refund policy with a store like this only means that they know they suck and dont guarantee their cheap work.

Please save yourself the headache and additional extra cost that will come up months later due to them not pulling the right permits. It took them more than 3 months to get my sign up. During the initial agreement we had, I paid them extra money to pull ALL the necessary permits and to install the signs. After the sign was finally put up, I got a letter from the City of Greenbelt that I didnt have all the required permit to have the sign up and there was going to be a fine. I informed Zach about it and the landlord also got a notice. 3 WEEKS later Zach called me that I will have to pay extra $250 to pull the sign from the city.(.$100 to get the permit and $150 to have them go over there to submit the paperwork) I dont know how this got so long but there are fumes coming out of my ears...Ive dealt with Sign "expert" and printing and their headaches so you dont have to....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED and you will have no one else to blame but yourself...by the way after you start getting annoyed about their incompetence and bad business etiquette and raising your voice at them, they will put an innocent sounding female on the phone to talk to you because they cant handle the MAN-TO-MAN- conversation you are having with them.

After reading all these negative comments I was reluctant to do business with these guys but I am glad I ended up doing business with these guys. My experience was pleasant and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I have a convenient store in Pikesville, MD and I needed some signs for my store (inside and outside). The manager was kind enough to come out him self to do all the work and I was satisfied with the work. These guys do the legal paper work for you so I didn’t have to worry about that. I believe these guys have multiple locations through out Maryland, which is why you can always get work done on time if not from the Collage park locations then the other locations. I will continue doing business with these guys and will recommend others as well.

I purchased a Groupon recently. After speaking to someone on the phone about my postcards and business cards, they didnt seem to know how to help me with my specific design. They kept trying to push me to upgrade the stock cards so I would spend more money. I dont think Ill be using them and I will get my money back from groupon.

I just used them to get our outdoor sign for our Medical Clinic. They did a great job and it was completed within a week like I requested.
