I ship from here all the time the owner is a very sweet woman and goes above and beyond the call of duty. she takes extra special care to make sure all my items arrived safely and are well packaged. I had an antique chest I was shipping and it was over 60lbs. she was much cheaper then all the other area stores for packaging and was even cheaper then the post office "oversize" rates. I have reccomended her and used her many many times and will continue to do so.

I drop(ped) off FedEx/UPS packages here regularly. On last visit, I dropped off a prepaid USPS package along with a FedEx package. Woman at counter gets all huffy and says shell take it this time, but next time go to the post office. Not sure what it matters to her, I dropped off a FedEx package as well, so I was a "paying" customer. Next time I will go to the Post Office, and take my FedEx/UPS package somewhere else...

I had been in a few other times when customers were complaining that the owner had ripped them off. I didnt think Id ever have to worry about that because I do my shipping at the post office. Anyways, the owner charged me $60 for a fax. Unbelievable, you can fax for free online. That lady is a scammer

The owner has always been extremely helpful with all of my my shipping needs/questions, as well as helping me fax long documents. I feel secure that my documents have been faxed and erased from the queue, hence the confidentiality remains in tact.

Very, incredibly slow and people behind the counter were rude, kinda expensive. Actually made me look into Post office and I couldnt believe how much cheaper that was. Never going to parcel plus again
