Go to Arnold Professional - CVS sucks. This place is awful, just like I knew it would be based on every experience Ive had with CVS. I had to get a script filled here as my proper pharmacy, Arnold Professional, couldnt fill it due to Caremarks corporate nonsense. "Maintenance medicine" they call it. I call it "legalized monopoly". At CVS, they told me first that I had to wait an hour for a very simple refill, and then when I came back, waited another hour and it still didnt get filled. The guy who got my information had to ask for it twice, couldnt remember what I just said, then told me he would fill it, told me to wait five minutes, then WALKED OFF and didnt do it. The pharmacy assistant seemed more put together, but due to corporate BS she had to give priority to the drive through. Thats right, people too lazy to get out of their cars get helped before the people whove been standing there for two hours. The poor pharmacist had a crowd of people waiting because the crackhead who was working the register got distracted. She said it was a corporate staffing problem. No, its a corporate corporate problem. Thats all. Never mind the four employees standing in the front of the store joking around and not doing a damn thing. This is what progress gets you. Five thousand locations for your convenience to stand there NOT getting your prescription filled. The whole lot of them arent worth one proper neighborhood pharmacy.

I agree this place is not great. Its OK, but compared to even the two CVSs that I go to on Riva Road (one at 2666 Riva Road, the other 2601) this one is pretty sad. I have no problem at the 2666 location, and rarely any at the 2601 location (and the traffic at this location is MUCH higher than this Arnold pharmacy). They are slow, they seem to be out of a lot of medications, they seem kind of lost. Its very strange how many issues Ive had there over only 3 trips, but Im not the only one I know. And the reviews here tell me this is a problem in general. I hope they get it together soon because it is a very convenient location for me.

They dont have barely any rx meds in stock yet cause they so new and when they did fill my rx, it was put into a wrong container which made me struggle with my meds cause not all meds are pills. One bottle doesnt fit all. There were minimum things out in the store shelves too and this has been within past 2 weeks. Hopefully theyll become better. The pharmacist, she wasnt knowledgeable at all and was unable to answer my questions regarding my rx. The other girl in pharmacy was playing on her phone whole time.

Ive had good and bad experiences here with the pharmacy. When the regular pharmacist is there, the service is good. When they have the fill-in person, its the rudest, most unhelpful service Ive ever received. Ive had some of the issues at the local rite aid as well. Just a lack of problem solving skills or "want to" with pharmacists in general. Its a customer service business, but lacks the service part. Anyone can count pills, not everyone can solve problems. If I could use another pharmacy, I would.

this place is completely incompetent. go to the Safeway across the street. Of the four patients Ive seen at the pharmacy in the past ten minutes they havent gotten a single thing right. I came to pick up my special order prescription several hours after they said it would be ready. It turns out they took my prescription and never actually ordered it. Ive now been two days without my daily medication with no clear fix. dont go here.

Ive been on hold this morning, on and off, for about 60 minutes (and its not even 10 a.m.), waiting for ANYONE in the pharmacy to pick up the phone. Ill be changing pharmacies. AH! Ive just found out why no ones answering: The pharmacist hasnt shown up for work (they dont know why and say this is "unusual") and the techs are unable to open the pharmacy.

I think the pharmacy is great. They have been helpful almost every time. There is one lady in the pharmacy that is not nice, but everyone else is great. I needed heart medicine for my dog and they were able to find it for $50, where as I paid $150 a year ago at the Safeway off Housely road.
