My Doctor called in a prescription and asked that it be ready for pickup when i got there (as i did not have a car and needed to hire a taxi which cost $30). When I got there 3 hours latter I was told that they hadnt even started filling the prescription and that I might have to wait for another 15 to 30 minutes in the taxi with the meter running. I couldnt do that. the prescription was for an antibiotic for an extremely bad toothache. The result was that I was up the entire night with excruciating pain. I am on the phone now with them and have talked to 4 people and have been put on hold for 40 minutes, and been told that they can not get the drug to me (and then put on hold again). I am still on hold listening to their music. ps. after a another 10 minutes on hold the pharmacist picked up the phone. When I asked whom I was speaking with he hung up. I called again and this time got voice mail.

The CVS in Riva has become nothing more than a pain in the ass. The customer service there is terrible, they MAKE YOU CHECK YOURSELF OUT even if you have reason to want to be checked out by the cashier SINCE THAT IS THEIR JOB!!!! and the pharmacy...oh plan on waiting an hour in the drive thru line a hour waiting for it to be filled inside or outside and then another 30 min in the long line to pick up inside or out. They obviously need to hire more help or learn how to run a pharmacy!!!!!

The pharmacy sucks big time! My son had back surgery and on the way home dropped off his prescriptions. They told him it would be 2 hours! I stopped by on the way home from work at about 3 1/2 hours later and they told me it would be another 2 hours! Then when he went back to fill a different prescription, the pharmacist said "Im not comfortable filling this!" Who is he to determine what medicine someone needs???They need to fire the whole group of them!!

Pharmacy staff is terrible. Sat on hold for 20 min before giving up and hanging up. Then sat in line to find out they had not even started my prescription. Then asked if I could wake my sleeping child up to come in to verify insurance. This pharmacy is a joke. I will not be using it again. Terrible service and completely unacceptable they dont answer the phone.

I wish I could give this Pharmacy zero stars because that is what they have earned on countless times dealing with them. My doctor was sending all my prescriptions there, so I endured the tortuous customer service and outright rudeness more than I would regularly.

This pharmacy has to be the most mismanaged and dysfunctional team ever. They text you to tell you your Rx is ready for pick up, only to have to wait 30 plus minutes always. Have tried now to pick up my prefill three times still no meds yet 45 mins wasted time

This place is open 24 hours which is very convenient, but its pretty much a mess in there. Total chaos in the aisles, and the service isnt great. Id only go back due to necessity if I forgot something while staying at the nearby hotel.

Ive been on hold now for over 23 minutes, at 5 minutes someone picked up and curtly stated "pharmacy HOLD" and they were gone as fast as they came. All I needed was a fax number our Doctor. The customer service is terrible.

The pharmacy is wonderful, however sometimes the drive thru can be very busy. The customer service in the pharmacy is outstanding. I like the store and the CVS staff. I wont go to another location to get my scripts filled.

Pharmacy department is beyond worthless and extremly rude. Probably the worst service I have ever received. Rude, lazy, incompetent, unkept, and slow. Can you give negative stars?
