I called Fetch looking for a muzzle for my dog, who is showing aggressive behavior toward our new child. The woman on the phone said they had "all sizes available" and for me to simply "come on in with the dog" so she could find the right fit. I had been looking at many other businesses without luck, and was really counting on Fetch for this product. I arrived at the store and didnt see the woman who I had spoke to on the phone, so a different woman helped me. She informed me that they had every size in stock EXCEPT the one my dog needed. This is after I walked all the way from South Portland lugging my baby, dog and stroller across the bridge. I was pretty frustrated, but decided to keep calm. The woman offered to place an order for the appropriate size and it would be there in "about a week, or a little more." I have been waiting for their call for over two weeks now. I decided to call them, because we really need a muzzle to keep our child safe (which I explained thoroughly to the staff). They just informed me that the order was never placed, and could not be placed today because the "special order person" is out. So...I have to wait HOW LONG? Forget it. I wanted to buy local, but you obviously cant give me the service I need. Just a side note, or dog is a rescue dog and is very old, so relocating her is not an option...the muzzle really is our last hope.

Cute store. A little small space wise. With a little more than a few people and dogs it can be a party. They have a good selection of dog food and plenty of treats. Even really delicious local treats, at least thats the impression I get from my dogs. To be honest they arent really picky. Staff is friendly, however dealing with dogs most of the day rather than people, why wouldnt they. I would absolutely recommend to other pet owners to give this shop a visit.

We stopped in looking for a little something for Henry our spoiled rotten mutt. The staff was amazing!!! Sophie knew her stuff . We ended up buying half the store. For a small independent store the prices were very reasonable.

Found exactly what we were looking for! Its not easy finding a life vest for a 90 pound dog, but they had one and it happened to be the color we loved. The staff are definitely dog people!

Fetch is my favorite pet store in Maine. We have other big box alternatives, but none of them come close to the character and unusual selection of everything from dog food to throw toys.

Fetch has an amazing selection of high quality foods. My pet has severe allergies and the staff was great at helping me find the right food for my pup. Great local shop to support!

Our dog loves it here, and the staff loves our dog. Very accommodating overall, and have never had a bad experience. Only fault is that its a small space.
