Possibly worst customer experience ever. Went in this morning at 8:30AM to buy a cattle gate. Cashier told me they were outside. No one outside to help me so I went back in and cashier told me to go to customer service desk. No one there either. Went to cashier and he paged Michelle. She arrived and sent me back outside as "all information is hanging on the tags of the gates". Well, I still had questions so I went back in again and she refused to come outside to help me. Said she had a customer appointment at 10:00AM and it was only 8:45AM!! I could not believe this response so I walked out , went to Ellsworth Feed & Seed and was greeted and helped immediately so I purchased the gates and accessories there that morning. And it was a local business. Did not realize they carried cattle gates. I will never go into a TSC store again.

Worst customer service ever! Went in no one acknowledged me. Only appeared to be 2 people in the whole place who were busy on there devices. Not there own, the stores. At least they were working it just didnt seem to involve customer service! Finally found someone who might be able to help me which she did very reluctantly. Barely looked up from her device. Didnt listen to my question. Fortunately I am resourceful and figured it out myself. WTF? Now I remember why I dont go there!

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I suggest sending someone from the Bangor Store down to train the staff in Ellsworth. Next time Bangor doesnt have an item I will drive to Augusta rather than dealing with the staff in Ellsworth!
