IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG DONT LEAVE HIM/HER THERE! When your dog wags its tail and jumps to you, its not that theyre feeling good, its THEY ARE THANKING GOD YOU CAME TO GET THEM OUT OF THERE!!!! They are idiots and hire idiots who do NOT KNOW how to manage dogs when YOU LEAVE!!!! They should have IMMEDIATELY CALLED to inform us that our Chihuahua was terrified and would not let them touch her. She had to sit there for close to 30 min before we got to her. AND the morons left her under a sink without a blanket or towel to keep her warm. However, they felt the need to inform us that "She pooped on their floor..." GOOD GIRL!!! If you know ANYTHING about these dogs, some bark non-stop, others scream when they feel unsafe. The young uneducated man said "That is Very Unusual." Huh... never heard of GOOGLE? Look it up jackass BEFORE you run your mouth. The innuendo he was making made me sick. I wonder what the manager was doing??? I work VERY close by, and will DO WHATEVER I see fit to make the public aware. I will also be educating myself. Asking dog owners what to look for, what to ask and what sloppy, lazy, mean, nasty, dog businesses to STAY AWAY FROM! I wouldnt even bring a hairy spider in there for a tubby. But I will call upon Officer Friendly and see if hell accompany me with his K-9 and see how that dog reacts! *********UPDATE!!! They did however see it necessary to call NOW since the review was posted, claiming they did nothing wrong. GOOD TO KNOW! For everyone out there, one worker being educated does NOT make it a competent place of business. Loving animals does NOT make me a professional pet caregiver.. Hence the reason I turned to a professional. I do not want to get soap & water in my dogs ears or eyes. I do not want to cut her nails and end up hurting her. PERIOD!

I have been bringing my dogs here since the original one opened down the street. Always very helpful and professional. My last 2 dogs, Susie, a Schipperke, and Ruby, a Rottweiler, are no longer with me, unfortunately, but my big St Bernard/Beagle mix, Matt, has been coming with me since I got him almost 7 years ago. I love how he feels and smells when we get done, and I love the fact that I dont have to risk cutting his nails myself. Since I only have a shower stall in my apartment, the dog wash is essential. And washing him in the driveway with ice cold water is out of the question. My daughter and her husband even got me a gift certificate for Christmas, which was very much appreciated. Definitely worth the trip!

Wow. Just left this place & have to say-WORST customer service EVER! The girl working the counter (wearing sweat pants and slippers) seemed completely annoyed to have to get up from her chair and bring us to the bathing room. When I asked if we could also get a nail trim, she responsed with a big sigh saying "umm..ya after the wash". Its too bad that there are thousands of (friendly) people willing to do anything for a job and this place chooses to employee the unthankful teenager who acts like having a simple job is similar to pulling teeth. Ill be taking my business elsewhere - even if it means paying double the price.

A Great Locally owned place. Super friendly owners and the staff is super sweet and helpful. The place is always clean and the self serve washing bays are awesome. The food prices are very competitive and they OFFER FREE HOME DELIVERY. I no longer get the last minute call we need food tonight. I called that morning and the bag was at my door step, when I got home. I cant tell you enough, how awesome that is. They were the first in the state 13 years ago and I am sure they will stay that way. Thanks for all the great service and products Mister Bagel

We had a great time bringing our dog into the Dog Wash Etc. Its such a great setup, which makes washing your dog so much easier than at home. At home, "bathtime" can be pretty stressful, but at the Dog Wash Etc, we were having a blast and the dog seemed so much more relaxed. We also stocked up on everything we needed after purchasing a new dog. From food to toys to accessories, they had it all. Very high quality products with reasonable price tags. Bring in Fido today! Youll never wash him at home again.

I used to frequent this place exclusively to restock dog food and treats for my German Shepherd mix. One of the owners was very helpful with switching my dog over to a dog food that was healthy and within my price range. I highly value their knowledge and expertise and would recommend this place to anyone who loves their dog! I have since moved out of state and sorely miss being able to patron this shop.

Always bring our dog to the Dog Wash and have found everyone to be friendly and competent. We have brought our dog here since they opened in their previous location and they have always been nothing but kind. They know that Bailey is afraid of the hair dryer and doesnt like to climb up into the tub. They go out of their way to make her comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

Ive brought 4 dogs there over the years to use the self-wash facilities, and always had a great experience. I also buy my dog food there, and appreciate the range of excellent foods and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of toys, treats, and leashes/collars, too. Its the best!. The loyalty program is great, too.

Not only did Pax get an awesome and thorough bath not long ago at the dog wash, the guys at the store recommended a better food for my boy due to the condition his skin was in. Turns out he WAS allergic to his old food and he is like a new dog. These guys know their stuff! Highly recommend.

Great customer service. Competitive prices on quality food brands. Wash isnt as swanky as other area DIY dog washes, but they offer a solid experience and are more affordable for the service. They also offer free delivery of food/orders!
