I dont normally write reviews - but my experience has been so bad here I thought it necessary. I have been to this Sallys 4-5 times. Each time, I see the same lady, who I am presuming is the owner or manager. She stands there and texts while you wait to check out. She seems irritated by the fact that there are customers in the store. Each time I have brushed it off and assumed shes having a bad day but this has been repetitive and I have finally decided to take my business elsewhere.

Employees werent very helpful almost every time Ive been in over the last few months. The one with super long red hair gave incorrect information. They always seem put out when I ask where something is located (after I have already looked for it for a while). For such a small store Im surprised they can afford to have rude employees. Good products and well stocked. Thats why the three stars. Else it would be a one star. Sorry.

Rude employee. She was texting while l was waiting to pay for my purchse. She made me stand there and wait for her. She didnt offer any help or ask if I found what I was looking for. She seemed "put out" by my even coming in. Horrible customer service!
